“HOLLYWAY TO THE RESCUE!! I came to town for a family member's wedding and planned to wear a pleated gown that my sister had borrowed a month earlier. She had taken it to another cleaner in the Valley, but we didn't inspect it thoroughly enough after picking it up-- the morning of the wedding when we took the dress out of the plastic, we were HORRIFIED! It was full of stains and water rings that hadn't been there before -- it was so egregious we couldn't believe another dry cleaner could let it leave a facility like that.
In a tizzy, I called Hollyway at 10am and told them I had a fashion emergency and needed the dress in time to go to a 5pm wedding. Sandra was immensely helpful and said bring it in right away. She greeted us immediately as we arrived, took one look at the dress and was equally horrified. She said she couldn't promise a miracle, but that they'd do everything they could to make it happen and that it would be ready by 3pm.
Sure enough, we came back at 3pm on the dot and they indeed delivered a MIRACLE!! The dress was in pristine condition, so much better than before and they even took it out of the plastic to show me the dress before we left.
