The service eliminates awkward trips to the doctor’s office or pharmacy, as well as the back and forth with insurance companies. For those without insurance, MISTR can help. The team provides excellent follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process. The auto-refill option is easy, convenient, and takes the guesswork out of staying on schedule. Everything is smooth, efficient, and well-organized. MISTR communicates with insurance and sets users up on a schedule for refills and test kits every 3 months, mailed directly with no doctor’s office visits. Amazing, generous people provide excellent, efficient customer service from beginning to end. One user noted they would have to drive 40 minutes to an infectious disease doctor otherwise. Another receives a text to confirm their address, then a shipment notification, with two prescriptions via UPS—Descovy and Doxy—followed by a confirmation message. MISTR accepts insurance with no co-pay for meds. Almost doesn’t make sense that something this good exists in the medical world of the US.
