More like a residential hotel, it turns out, than a hotel. No robes or slippers, have to request housekeeping service! I was surprised I had to request housekeeping daily as an option and they were surprised I requested it, which was begrudgingly granted. Weird.

I can't speak highly enough of the hotel in terms of the rooms or the location but the thing that made the biggest impact was how great the staff were, in particular Carla. We would definitely use this hotel if we are ever in LA again.
