The apartments are beautiful, sleek, sophisticated, and splendid, designed with comfort and style in mind. Residents report the community is quiet and the amenities are excellent. What truly stands out is the exceptional staff, who are described as amazing, professional, patient, kind, and competent. Multiple staff members are highlighted for their excellent service, going out of their way to help with everything from stressful moves and parking issues to package deliveries and maintenance requests. The maintenance staff is absolutely awesome, super friendly, respectful, very knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. Their dedication, proactive approach, and strong communication skills ensure the smooth operation of the property. The overall level of service is emblematic of a team that makes residents feel welcome and well-cared for.
