I have no idea which branch Googlo-Maps is referring to, but in general, Wells Fargo branches ARE “user friendly” ever since they fired their infamous CEO some years ago.

Do not ever go to this bank to use the ATM. It’s always out of order and they send you to another ATM up the street that is closed when the supermarket is. Horrible customer service!!

If you enjoy a bunch of idiots, running a bank. Come to this branch. You will not be disappointed. With six bankers on staff and a line of eight customers only one teller is working, whoever manages this joint needs to be fired.
