If you enjoy a bunch of idiots, running a bank. Come to this branch. You will not be disappointed. With six bankers on staff and a line of eight customers only one teller is working, whoever manages this joint needs to be fired.

After been on the phone twice with customer service, they finally said that I needed to come to a bank in person.
So I did, and once I enter the bank I spoke to the host/lobby receptionist about changing some simple personal information in my bank account, she asked me how long I had so I can wait, which I told her 30mins, after waiting 20 minutes one of the bankers approached me to tell me that she has not time to see me and make an appointment online if I want to speak to them. Not sure why the receptionist didn't told me that since the beginning, wells fargo customer service it's really bad, and not getting any better!! They always answered with Provide more information so we can fix the issues!!,
Why not just start now ? Fix the issues, why it has to be so hard to speak to someone about simple things ? Not wonder why their reviews are so bad in such busy city like Weho!!

If you like waiting in extremely long lines & observe 6 Wells Fargos employees chit chatting among themselves while helping 1 customer at the teller window/not giving a rats a** about the other customers in line (myself and another guy in front of me) ... I got the perfect bank for you !!! Visit this location. Well's Fa8571 Santa Monica Blvd West Hollywood, CA 90069. Finally after waiting nearly 25 minutes- I got to the bank teller window. Since I was the last customer in line she was completely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.. I wanted to deposit some coins into my bank account before a few bills posted my account however I was not able to accomplish this task because apparently this bank didn't have enough room for the coins yet the vault was completely opened and there was enough room to fit several cars into the Vault yet there was no room for 25 rolls of coins. I'm confused as to why a bank wouldn't accept money to be deposited into a customers bank account isn't that what a bank is for? So after pleading with this unreasonable and unprofessional bank teller, she then said that she would allow me to deposit the rolls of quarters, but none of the rolls of pennies, nickels or dimes. So let me get this straight. She first stated she wouldn't deposit the rolls of coins because she had no room then after arguing with her for 5 minutes, she said she would allow me to deposit the rolls of quarters. At which point I asked her if she could deposit the rolls of dimes, nickels and pennies, since there were far less rolls in total and are much smaller in size than the rolls of quarters. That's when all hell broke loose literally. She threw her hands up in the air, started screaming and yelling, and causing a big scene because I had asked that simple question at which point she threw her pad of paper across the table, pushed her chair forcefully against the desk and refused to let me out of the bank. Yes, you heard that right she held me hostage in the bank lobby and refused to let me out of the bank. So I decided to call the sheriffs department To see if they could come and let me out of the bank that I was locked in. So after being held hostage in the bank beyond my will, I was finally able to have another employee in the bank let me out because he saw the parking enforcement was ticketing my car out front because I had no time left in the meter. And I had stated to the employees in the bank you better believe someone's gonna be held accountable for this incident for not only holding me hostage in the bank, not completing my transaction as planned, but also now getting a ticket for an expired meter because they were holding me hostage in the bank while the sheriffs were on their way. I walked into the bank at 4:54 PM and didn't leave the bank until 5:47 PM. A complete and utter waste of time but I guess it makes sense why this bank has more then double the amount of 1 star reviews then 5 star reviews With an overall star rating of 1.7 pathetic.

Customer service is very slow. The teller named Martha extremely rude. Every week I come here for a business account. Every time she gives me unnecessary trouble and hold up the line. I came to this location today for company petty cash, she would not do it even though she sees me every week with same stuff. I went to another location and cashed the check.
I’m not sure what’s her problem but I had to make extra trip, spend more mileage and gas.
Very frustrating.

Unfortunately, like all major banks, this one has gone down the drain! Terrible customer service. Their staff barely knows anything about banking, beyond making a deposit or taking money out. It's a sign of the times, cheap labor combined with a decline in in-person banking resulted in a bunch of people working there that 20 years ago wouldn't have been hired to clean the bank.

Hey Wells Fargo. When you close a bunch of branches, consider adding, I don't know ONE more teller to the nearest existing one? My small but awesome neighborhood branch closed recently. This branch has a huge footprint with a bunch of EMPTY desks and ONE teller working at 11am on Thursday. 15 minutes in line, just like the post office. The useless manager asks if anyone needs help with the ATM or wants parking validation. Terrible customer service. HIRE MORE TELLERS.

The worst branch there is! Slowest people working there. Manager with blond/yellow hair Angie i think is rude and incompetent to manage. Hire more people. Ridiculous! The lines take forever, each person had a simple deposit and it is taking 10 business days to complete.

The worst experience ever at a Wells Fargo. Hostile. Aggressive. Go away. “Dont walk there’. Just for identification- the two older Iranian women. Fire them. By contrast many Wells Fargo branches SO good

I'm getting married 4/4/24. My father has been helping pay for the wedding and gave me a $15k check to deposit. I made the poor decision of coming to this branch instead of my usual Wilshire Blvd branch. Instead of depositing, they blocked my accounts, emailed me they are closing my accounts, and they still have my $15k. I need to finish paying the planner, venue, church, etc. and may lose deposits and locations reserved. They told me the check bounced. I called citizens bank. It didn't bounce. They honored it (like previously.) Somebody at Well's Fargo better pray this wedding happens as planned because somebody at this branch is liable otherwise.I hope they continue to close Well's Fargo banks. I'll be moving my accounts to PNC as soon as I retrieve my stolen money.Awful. Awful. Awful.

Sucks sucks sucks sucks, did I say Wells Fargo sucks? The banking industry, which I'm sure you are aware of, has lost touch with it's customer. Wells Fargo is as focused on customer service as the DMV. This is not to take away from the wonderful people that work there and are hamstrung by Wells Fargo's fees & policies that have become a sort of shell game. Your business doesn't exist without OUR money yet you charge us around every corner, hold onto to OUR money for ridiculous periods of time etc etc, in FACT it's like the DMV married a slippery used car salesman & they had a baby named Wells Fargo. The saddest part is the employees that don't realize history and no matter how hard you try to polish up your act, you are thieves in bed with thieves trying to hide behind the good humans who try their best to help even though Wells Fargo puts them in a no win situation that is devoid of any of the former business "soul' Wells Fargo may have once had in relation to it's CLIENTS. So, in short, no, YOU can't help me.
