  This place has got customer service down to a science. I walked in and the wait was going to be really long. They were packed. My service tech suggested I make an appointment for the next day.
  That was a game changer🚀
  I got an appointment reminder of my phone when I left, there was No wait the next day. I was immediately checked in and my car was in being worked within 10 minutes.
  Appointments are critical unless you’re in a pickle with blown treads. Thank you💙
  Suggestion: Vacuuming the front of the car and or windshield cleaning would raise the bar and increase customer satisfaction🙏

  No key drop off, 7 people in shirts wouldn't take my car key so I could leave my car when they were all standing around in the lobby before open despite me pointing to my car key. Wouldn't even pick up the phone. To be CLEAR. The one star is because there's no key dropbox.

  Ordered tires and had a 9am appointment. 10:30am and still hadn’t even pulled the car in after telling me it would take 45-60 mins. Cancelled my order and went with Costco instead. Tried to give them a shot but experience wasn’t good from the start.

  I apologize in advance if I got the name wrong but JARED I believe his name was (pregnancy brain) is such a wonderful human being and heaven sent, I am 6 months pregnant, & my car battery had died, I don’t have family out here other than my hubby who works overnights and was KO and unfortunately didn’t have triple A. I reached out to see if I could anyway pay for a jump, he immediately asked me where I was in the parking lot and he’d be right there, he came and got me a jump on his lunch at that, literally the sweetest person ever, I offered him $ and he just told me todo him a favor and go to auto zone once I got it up & running. Just because of his customer service and such helpfulness, any time I need tires or any service needs I’m going to make sure I come here to get the work done! An amazing employee you have! I really hope I have his name right Jared, because he deserves all the abundance and praise! Thank you so much again, may blessings come to you always! Thanks for being a good person.

  We had a 12:30 appointment and were told the truck would be ready around 1:20. By 2:00 they came out and said they just realized our truck had beadlock rings and it would take another 20 minutes. We didn’t actually get our truck back until 3:15 — almost three hours after the original appointment — and two of the four beadlocks came back with chipped paint and multiple scuffs. Super disappointing experience. Definitely won’t be returning.

  Easiest tire buying. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I can't recommend this location more! Is it further away from my house than other tire shops? Yes! Is it worth the extra little drive? Definitely!

  I have been taking my 2021 Tesla Model Y to America’s Tire since I bought the car 4 years ago, I took the car in for a rotation and was told I need an alignment and paid for a full alignment but was told that they could not complete the full alignment in the front and that I would have to take it to Tesla to compete the alignment. I was advised that alignments just started two weeks ago for Teslas and confirmed it with the assistant manger that the alignment was half way done. So why did I pay full price? Who knows. Lesson learned, if you have a Tesla pay the extra $70 for it to be FULLY COMPLETED at a Tesla dealership.

  Not all America's Tire service the same, this one is exceptional. The staffs are friendly and caring I didn't experience any up sale attempt when I am in for 'Free' service. In and out, no hassle. When I replaced my tires, they make sure I was able to get all possible discounts.
