Went into store in west sac and was told by manager I couldn't stop the pop ups or get my phone cleaned on my s21 galaxy unless I upgraded which would cost a couple more hundred. When I explained I couldn't afford the upgrade I was helped no further and told ylto have a good day. Very disgruntled. I suppose u have to pay to recieve customer service at this location. Looking to change to t mobile now

This is the best AT&T store I have ever been too! I was promptly greeted by Marco who went above and beyond to assist me in my issue he was extremely knowledgeable of their products! He handed me their discount program sheet and was able to find more discounts to lower my bill!!’ I could not be more grateful!!! I needed to replace my phone and he genuinely listened to my needs and helped me upgrade my phone. This will be my new go to store always!! Make sure to ask for Marco or Tony they know their stuff!

I got a new phone, but I couldn’t activate service. I spent a while on AT&T’s website trying to figure it out but had no luck. I couldn’t get in touch with a human being, either.I walked in the West Sacramento store for help. It was empty and I was helped right away by Tony. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He was familiar with the issue and it was no big deal for him to resolve. He got me in and out of there in 10 minutes, possibly less.Tony also didn’t oversell anything, which is important to me. When I want to solve a problem, that is my focus. He mentioned a sale, but there was no pressure. Tony also told me I could potentially switch to a cheaper plan. He gave me a quick run-down of it compared to my current plan. He didn’t pressure me to switch right then — he didn’t even mention that.I felt like I was working with a tech person who told me about some options, not a salesperson who also can fix some tech issues.The store was very clean and well organized. Everything stood out - products weren’t jammed together and nothing was overstocked on the product hooks.As for sensory stuff:The indoor temperature was perfect for chilly fall weather: not too hot and not too cold. The lighting was good — more like the gentle light of IKEA displays than a brightly lit grocery store. As far as sound, I don’t know what it would be like when crowded. As the sole customer, the sound was low and there was very little background noise. There was also carpet, not exposed flooring like Best Buy or similar.All in all a great experience! Great customer service, fast fix for my phone, and a solid sensory experience. 5 stars.

Marco was fantastic just upon walking he greeted me made me feel welcomed! Automatically handed me a paper with discounts that could be available to me. I was set on making it a quick visit due to dreading on going into phone stores. Marco took his time to answer all questions and even told me about additional discounts I qualified for on my internet! Thank you Marco and Otoniel for your help this is my go to store!

I went into the AT&T store for some help with activating my new device. The store was incredibly clean, and I was immediately greeted by both sales people. Tony, came up and offered to help me. He was really friendly and personable! He explained what he was doing every step of the way; he was so efficient and thorough! He was patient with all of my questions! He even let me know about a promotion where if I bought three accessories, I would get a 20% - So I bought three new six foot cords.I’m so grateful to have a store nearby, with knowledgeable experts, to help me with all of my cell phone needs! I had a fantastic experience at the store today. Marco went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he also successfully connected my watch, even when other stores had told me it wasn't possible. I'm extremely satisfied with the service Marco provided! I would definitely recommend this store to others!

Wanted to see the new IPHONE 15 went to the AT&T Store at 768 IKEA Ct. West Sacramento CA.My Daughter and I had the best experiences with going in checking out the new IPHONE 15 Pro Max and seeing what is different and we decided to order 2 new ones. The Technician Marco was very informative on what new things we will need that are different from our old IPHONE Pro Max 12 the trading in and the discounts. We also worked with Technician Tony. We recommend the this West Sac AT&T store ask for Marco or Tony they both were great.There store phone has not been working so just go in they will be there. There the best I promise!

My husband and I came in to this AT&T location on August 26 as soon as they opened to switch our cell phone service from another provider and to upgrade our home internet to fiber. The representative who helped us demonstrated excellent customer service throughout our interaction. He asked us questions to find us discounts and get us on the best plan. He was not pushy and was super patient. He even recommended waiting to upgrade our phones in a couple of months to get the new iPhone 15.The service has been excellent so far and my first cellphone bill was exactly as expected. My internet bill was surprisingly even cheaper than I expected. Thank you for taking great care of us!

I had a great experience at this location. They guys set me up with a new phone very quickly and got me exactly what I was looking for. They even set up my screen protector for me and transferred my data from my old phone. Really appreciated the easy and speedy experience.

Tony at our West Sac AT&T store was a pleasure to work with. We were easily able to add my son’s phone to our family plan and learn about some great deals they have to offer. Great customer service and fast too!
