Avoid this place! Some of the counter persons are idiots! Went in to have our key fob battery replaced and the worker lost our car key. They looked all over the counter area but no key. Luckily we had a spare key in the car. Later they called to say they found it in the parking lot but it wasn't where we originally parked our car! Avoid these idiots!!

HORRIBLE experience! It's raining and noticed my wiper flapping on my Maserati GT. I walk in and nobody is around. I wait and wait and still no one. I walk around and find a young guy working in the aisle. I asked him if he could install but he says " no because I would have to leave the store and nobody would be in here" Listen here!! There was NOBODY in the store! I think he just didn't know how to fix it!!

Had the guy from oreilly across the street call and check to see if I had warranty on my lightbulbs. They said they don’t warranty light bulbs at autozone and the guy at oreilly sold my bulbs that actually gave a year long warranty.

Yes rye reck-o-mend! LOL!!! Any way wanted a part but nobody had it do i came here. (No not really cumin) but could have once i found the part. The part i needed was on the shelf hanging in a cardboard & clear plastic cover that almost required another tool just to open it! Anyway ummm oh yea i found the part actually the guy working found it for me. So me and the voices in my head made the decision to purchase it. Ok actually 8 voices said to purchase one said to just take and run out and the 10th voice just hummed. So i decided to pay for it. I think the guy behind the counter was physic because he laughed when the one voice said to just run out! So i ended up not needing the part but the good news is you can save up to 15% by switching to Geico. Ok I'm cold because I'm in a hot room and this is what happens when, I forgot what i was mumbling about. So have a great day, night, evening , afternoon, morning and finally remember only you can prevent forest fires! Bye!

I needed a new headlight and it turned out mine were pretty hard to access. Terry was awesome in immediately offering to help me out by figuring out how to access the headlights and installing the new ones for me. Great service!!

I called asking if they could charge my battery was told that I could but they were about to close so to be there around 8pm. Came in and asked if I could use the bathroom to wash my hands since I just got done trying to take the battery out myself. Was told that the bathroom was not opened to the public I then asked if they could charge my battery and was told that they couldn’t do it when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that he was the manager I then continued to tell him that I just spoke to a person about this and was told to come in before 8pm. Long story short the manager there isn’t helpful.I was greeted and helped in a way better way at O'Reilly‘s and was helped with my battery problems. I won’t be coming back to auto zone seems like the manager there doesn’t really like his job:)

The West Sacramento Store manger was very knowledgable. He was able to assist my wife and I on locating a the correct 3rd break light for our car. The repair part and instructions saved the both of us the stress and the time of being stopped for not having it. His pride, courtesy and professionalism was noted plus appreciated. I just wanted to take time out and thank him.

I went in just to get replacement bulbs for my headlights. The gentleman helping me help me find the best deal and even showed me how to install it. I have so much more confidence about driving my own vehicle every time I stop by an AutoZone. I thank the team for always being so amazing.

I went to this AutoZone because I thought I needed one thing only to realize I had a whole different issue that needed immediate resolving. Richard and T went above and beyond to help me out! They were super knowledgeable and had the best customer service! I was confident in their ability to help me out and left in peace after arriving there pretty stressed out. So glad I ended up here!
