The service at this branch it's horrible , Jessica one of the tellers it's extremely rude and careless, no only she it's rude she made a mistake depositing money into the wrong persons account , I catch the mistake before leaving the bank , went back she was the only teller available , instead of saying sorry of anything she just said give your id again with at horrible attitude, I'm sure she was hired by mistake, she needs customer and hospitality clases.

If I could I would zero star it. FIX THE ATM MACHINE !! After getting off of work I went to go deposit money into my bank & their atm eat 500$ of my hard working money ! Do you know how frustrating this shit is & having to call them being put on hold & the whole shabang ! Like what the hell im so upset right now. If I could I would most definitely make a mother freaking scene at there location but THEY'RE CLOSE ! Ugh worst bank ever. Bank of America is the bank I'm always having problems with.

Went to this Bank of America today hoping to get some help in changing my address, getting a new debit card, and adding new beneficiaries in our accounts. The gentleman that we spoke to did not really want to help us. He told me to do all those online in my app. Such a bad customer service. And tho think we’ve been a customer since 1991. I definitely thought of closing all my accounts there and opening in another bank with better customer service. So disappointed in Bofa ??

I understand during times of COVID, under staffing is the normal. But it would be helpful if phones were answered at this establishment when the day isn't busy. Went in for a safe box issue. Was told by an associate over the phone that an appointment wasn't needed and walk ins were welcome. Drove in on day off to close it (I no longer live in the area) but was told that non-appointments would not be seen. They're not listed on the app either to schedule appointments. So you have to physically go into the branch and schedule an appointment. Don't rely on there being enough staff for a walk in task.

I have never been able to get through their phone lines. You only have an option to go back to the main menu which gets you back on hold and tell you all their wonders about their online access as if the internet is a new thing. If the question I had was online I would had found it already. Anyway, if you don't select the only option which is to get back to the main menu then the IVR hangs up the call. Stupid.

Had to give a 1 star , this has gone down so bad. Customer for 40 some years and their customer service on the phone is so bad. I had a wait time of over 27 mins. and then found out after all these years I have to pay for checks. 26.00 plus shipping. And if I wanted a secure shipping I could pay 10.00 extra. Kiddin? Time to change banks Monday. Oh, if you have the mobile app you don't have to wait to talk to anyone, you move up to the front .
