But they were able to custom build a new one specific for my car for a very reasonable price and they had it ready for pickup within a matter of days. “I was searching for parts for my 2017 Dodge Ram on Facebook marketplace when I ran into Sacramento Auto Parts Inc. I sent a message to them to see if they had a tailgate, rear bumper, rear hitch and rear mufflers. David responded back in a timely manner, not only did he have the parts he sent me pictures so I can verify that they were correct. I then sent him my cell phone number and he sent me a message. I responded that I wanted to purchase everything and he gave me a great deal. He had the parts delivered to my job and everything was used but A quality, I accepted everything. “Simply the best. The instrument cluster for my 2013 Nissan Armada had a busted LED (check engine light). I had read all their outstanding reviews and took mine in for service. Greg and Noah were very polite and kept me updated of all findings. They repaired the board leads and replaced the damaged LED chips. 2 to 3 days turn around time. He put in WORK, & got that sucker out. It took time & patience. I would have never been able to do it on my own. His customer service was out of this world. Whatever you’re paying him, he deserves a raise! The girly working there had great energy as well. I came for an automotive issue and left with my faith in humanity/ customer service restored. “Brought a friend in for an estimate for an out of pocket repair. The front door molding was of his car had been partially torn off from an automatic car wash.
We were greeted by Memo, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In fact, the entire office was friendly. It's a great environment and also dog friendly. About 10 minutes after Memo brought the car back around front, the repair was finished!

“Years ago my car was broken into in Fresno & I was referred to Caliber Collision to have my broken window replaced. The staff there (Angie!) was very courteous & kind and the work they did was timely & so excellent I felt blessed to have been led to them.
Fast forward to 2026—my kid’s car somehow (going over speed bumps???) lost some pins on part of the undercarriage on the rear of the car & it was dragging—-soon to be ripped off while in West Sacramento.
In searching for help online, I was thankful to see there was a Caliber Collision less than 10 minutes away!!! Dori answered the phone & was so kind & understanding, I felt God was blessing us again. My kid was able to get there safely and in less than 30 minutes they re-secured the part with efficiency & ease! I’m very thankful to Caliber Collision for their professionalism, kind management, staff & excellent car specialists. Hopefully you’ll never need to have your vehicle body repaired, but if you do; Caliber Collision in West Sacramento is the place to go!”
