Gas prices misrepresented by almost a dollar and customers not permitted to use the restroom. The ratings are low for a reason - avoid this franchisee.

PAUL PAUL PAUL.... Don't expect nothing but a cocky self centered egotistical individual who lacks any customer service. Went in with a complaint regarding the car wash. He refused to hear out the issue. Pushed his excuses and already decided he wouldn't care less. He had a final say. He had no interest in listening, didn't even try. It was very clear wasn't wanting to hear any of it and have already decided it's a null situation, discarding my issue. As a result, I asked to speak with someone else. He said there is no one else. Pretty much, so sad too bad. It is what it is. I asked for his superiors name. He refused. After I told him I would contact corporate, he wrote a number on my receipt and said to call his boss there. I asked for a name. After some back and forth of refusing to, he wrote the name. I asked him to please call his boss. He said his boss doesn't answer and is busy. I went to my car to get my phone, went back into the mart, called the number in front of him and it ranged on the lan line phone next yo him. He found it amusing and walked off to the back room. Lots of words interchanged throughout, but to sum it up, terrible experience. Pat who was left at the register said Raj would be in on Friday and she will let him know if she sees him. She also said I could also come back to talk to him then. Now that's wasn't so hard was it PAUL? Thanks Pat. I've been a loyal Chevron customer for over 30 years. I am a repeat customer day in and day out because this location his around the corner. It's been my go to Chevron for the last 20 years. I usually just gas and go at the pump and continue to do so throughout the pandemic and during inflation. Today was the needle that broke the camels back. I don't often go inside but each time,it's been a poor experience. I regret thinking things can change. Not if you're always hiring the wrong folks. It doesn't take much to be courteous. Read the Yelp reviews. Seriously need to consider customer service and people oriented folks to do the job. Then will patrons be willing to come and possibly pay your high prices because a great experience is what drives people back. The lack of will only drive away. This place is a disappointment. Avoid if at all possible. There's so many other gas stations who value you business.

Good place to grab a healthy candy bar and energy drink (get some miller high life’s to impress everyone if having adult beverages). Stop into the restrooms and step up to the bowl and make it a double. Such a comfortable seat (still warm) to relax and drop a deuce. Soap in dispenser was a plus knowing employees keep supplies fresh.Overall great place to p*** and refill.

make sure you ask for your receipt. he didn't give me my receipt so i ask for it. he Hesitated to give it to me. he told me it was an honest mistake he made. but how can u charge me for a drink i don't even have. he didn't even give me the full refund. don't waste ur time here. go somewhere else.

My visit was literally a full 3 stars because 1 the condiments for the hot food was almost completely empty and the cashiers response was "I can't check right now to fill them".. and 2nd the Card System wasn't working at the pump or register for whatever reason.. Lastly the gas station looked like it was understaffed. I never like to give a bad rating but this definitely what I usually experience at Chevron locations.Overall as a Chevron business Card holder that use it 3-4 times a week I really hope things at this location will get better soon..

These gas prices are Stoopid crazy, but not as Stoopid crazy as the employees who work at this chevron. I can't tell if their all related or if they are just all relatively slow, whenever I come in no is is doing anything just sitting on their phones. I witnessed one lady use racial slurs the other day and even kicking out an older gentlemen. I use to look forward to coming to chevron, now I might just go electric. Do better.

This place is losing a lot of business! No one should be forced to wear a mask and then to be told you can’t come in without one on ..well ok.. see you later . There’s a gas station on every corner. In the 4 mins of being there they turned away over 5 ppl. Pretty d*** business move when businesses are in need of money to stay open right now.

I accidentally gave them $100 thinking it was a $20 and didn't realize it. I walked out and he didn't say anything. Shortly before I left he came outside to let me know and he told me he's only giving me $60 back because "you would've lost money if I didn't say anything". It's his job in the first place and expected a reward for his good deed. I'm never coming here again. I never write any Yelp reviews but this is just upsetting
