The person at the register was very rude to me. I asked him which vape I wanted, he was being smart and said he didn’t know since there are so “many”. Next thing you know he pulls out the one I wanted. I asked if there was a number to talk to manager or owner he said he didn’t. The rudest person I have ever met.

Always SO helpful and friendly! I love this shop, it is the only vape shop I go to. Prices are good, selection is great and it is always a great experience. The people that work there are knowledgeable and kind. The shop is always clean and stocked with all kinds of cool and useful items. Check them out if you haven’t.

Always a pleasure doing business here no matter what I need they always find a way to fill that need one way or another even if they must refer me to another shop they don't just leave me hanging these guys are great and I'm talking in particularly about the two young men who work behind the counter awesome dudes

Great selections across the board. Everything costs a little bit more than what you would pay down the street in a shadier part of town, but it's worth the price if you wish to avoid that part of town.

Just walked up to the door at 4:02 pm and they are just closed and won’t be back for 20 minutes. What the hell closing during the operating hours? So helpful and great customer service… if your employees need a break have more than one person running the store. So stupid.

There are smoke shops on every corner in West Sacramento. But I only go to cloud 9 In the town center shopping center because that's where the most awesomest, kindest and helpful dude works and his name is Moby and he is a great human!!!!!!!! I make sure to tell All my friends to check out Cloud 9!!

I went in for 2 reasons. First, I needed vape juice badly. Selection of brands and flavors was well above average and nicely organized. Second I've been frustrated by what I've been using with coils burning out too fast and some other small issues.The guy working was super helpful and took the time to hear me out and make recommendations based on what I told him. For the first time in a very long time I felt like I could make an informed decision and that I wasn't being just pushed into something. His customer service was outstanding and he never made me feel rushed or feel bad for still being unsure of some things. I walked out with a new ROM 4 and a new bottle of juice that he managed to open for me so I could pour in the necessary nic salts.I HIGHLY recommend this place for sure and look forward to visiting again for all my vaping needs.
