I came here like 2 years ago when I was skating with my cousin because I was visiting and I got to come in on my skates which made me happy and I got a bunch of toppings and it tasted so good and on the way back to my cousin’s house I fell with my ice cream and I almost cried but luckily I caught it and it still tasted good. Get ice cream here the people reviewing it bad are really getting worked up over ice cream like what

I had an order online that requested extra whipped cream. When I got home there was no whipped cream in sight. Calling back to the store to have the situation rectified and Anais, did not like my frustration so she walked away from the phone. Then all of a sudden Emily is on the phone. Absolutely awful customer service!

We went there today waited for about 25 minutes for somebody to wait on us in the meantime the girl that was working on something acted like she was annoyed and then when she finally was told to take our order my daughter asked for a banana milkshake she asked if they put real bananas in their shakes they told her they did, when she got the milkshake there was no bananas in it I asked for a strawberry shake I was told that mine would have chopped up strawberries in it ,that too was a lie.

3/5 customer service0/5 for the quality. My 2nd time going, I should've learned the first, I'm not sure if their products are old but I got a terrible stomach ache after eating their ice cream followed by a not so fun trip to the bathroom. I'm not lactose intolerant nor have any allergies. Not sure if anyone has had a similar experience?

It was very hot yesterday, in the 100's! After visiting the park with my gorgeous daughter, we went to Coldstone as a little treat! The store was very clean and the workers seemed really happy! Hunter made our visit enjoyable, he talked to us about the Barbie movie coming out soon, which me and my daughter are THRILLED to see! They have special cups for it and he gave my daughter one, after helping her pick out an ice cream! She got the promotional flavor, I believe it was either bubblegum or pink cotton candy! After putting on a show with tossing tricks and talking about our hobbies, I payed and we left! I will definitely come back to this store again!

Whether I go in, get take out, or delivery, the employees at this location are absolutely amazing!! I’ve never had a bad experience here and will continue giving them my business. You won’t be disappointed!

The best Coldstone Creamery! Employees are friendly and attentive. I ordered the Very Berry and it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Inside is very clean and nice. Will definitely be back. The owner is the best

Stopped in just before 9 this evening. 4 employees out front & some in the back. Kids behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us and continued chopping it up so we left.
