The Pharmacist Seth was incredibly helpful!! Professional, caring, and followed through until the issue was resolved. He went over and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my insurance, to cover a medication I had gone through a 3 month appeal process for. He must have made at least 4 phone calls and kept me informed throughout the process. I got the medication approved and in hand by the next afternoon; no copay. Thank you!!

This is by far my favorite Cvs. In West Sacramento there aren’t that many great drug stores but this is by far one of the better ones. It’s located in target and the reason it is that’s good is because the staff and the pharmacists are absolutely wonderful they take the time and explaining About the medication You are taking. It’s very comforting. I give it five stars all the way.

This is probably one of the best pharmacies with the best pharmacists. We've gone to them for our vaccinations and to get all our medical needs. They explain everything check interactions, and the app is so simple interest what is itself with automatic service, but the best I could say, is that the customer service is second to none at this wonderful pharmacy I ask 1,000,001 questions and they always have patience and time. Thank you.

A young girl named Shelby treated me with disregard, disrespect & was just plain unprofessional. She profiled me the moment I stepped up to the counter. She refused to help me in any capacity. Once the doctor's office called to verify my prescription, she never once offered an apology for her behavior & general lack of professionalism. I lost 25 min of my day running back & fourth! I am not happy with her or the situation.

Trash pharmacy. Wouldn't fill my 6 y/o daughters prescription and had the nerve to tell me to go to OTC aisle since the mixture she was prescribed consisted of OTC medications. For one that's just retarded, secondly she is covered by MediCal, meaning we weren't gonna have to pay for it. Instead they wanted me to go BUY what I was supposed to get for free. Never had this happen in my life with anyone I know. So now my daughter doesn't have her RX. Smooth move CVS. ?

Bad service. Half the staff are rude. Be careful of the gate, they might try to close it on your head!!

TERRIBLE. For the SECOND time in less than one year, this pharmacy said they would contact my doctor for a renewal, and let me know if they had a problem getting it. Then, they completely dropped the ball. I don’t find out till I get to the store. They look at me like it’s my problem. There’s no manager around until middle of next week. I’m so done with this place.

This is a busy pharmacy and I am always greeted politely. I never seen ANYONE slacking, and always working hard, and yet still have great customer service. It's tough w ins co.'s, covid, their own guidelines and restrictions, to perform the duty well. Yes I have had to wait, and sometimes an issue arises, but it is always w good folk. Some peeps just don't understand how difficult retail pharmacy is. I am a travel healthcare, go all over the place. This particular pharm, I always come back to when in the area. You would figure a CVS would carry some antiseptic or suggest an alternative. Instead they said "we dont have it, cant help you."
