LISTEN PEOPLE! I went in for an oil change. Upon check out i was told i had a nail in tire and it was patched. I said ok thanks. So i accepted the extra charge. A week later i noticed the front passenger tire getting low so i aired it up. Another week later (i dont drive often) i noticed same tire flat. I jacked it up and removed tire to find a nail. I called firestone and asked which tire had a nail. They said rear driver. So i asked if there was a tire rotation done. They said yes. So i asked where would the rear driver tire gone? They said front passenger. Bingo! So then i told them there is a nail in my tire. Then proceeded with: If this was an aptitude test given the circumstances, which would you best deem to be statistically plausible: A) I got a new nail in same tire. B) I had two nails (one was missed). C) It was never actually repaired. Or D) Some other unexplained phenomena. They opted for either A or B. So i took tire down to a local place for forensics to determine if there was evidence of a patch on the tire. It was conclusively determined that there had never been a patch on the tire. They ultimately repaired it at a different Firestone for no extra charge (after being told a refund was more effort than it was worth). Just beware folks. Gotta fight hard for what you pay for now days.

I am extremely disappointed by the Manager at this location who originally offered to warranty out and change my rear wheel tiers. We scheduled time for doing the change and on the day of the appointment he flipped back and asked me to pay $750 (going up from $120+) and completing wasting 6-hours of my work time to take my vehicle multiple times to this location for reviewing & setting up the appointment and then only to cancelling it due him flipping on his original offer. ----- Just unacceptableI have been a Customer for 10+ years with Firestone but after this experience, I am never going back.

Atleast ten years if not more I have been coming here and their quality is going down not good any more. They left the steering wheel crooked who knows what else is amiss after purchasing $1200 worth of tires here.

I have a tendency to be IMPATIENT when I am not in control. I felt that the staff was hospitable, efficient, fast and friendly. I had a great experience with them and I AM GRATEFUL for the opportunity to share my experience with everyone who is interested in maintaining their automobiles.

This place is great for all your car service needs. They communicated very well with me through the entire process and I appreciate Verna for doing all she could to assist me. She provided wonderful customer service and I definitely will return to this shop for any additional service needs.

My car had an issue that they twchnicians saw while they were giving my car an oil change. They fixed it up very well. Though you just gotta watch out for when they try to upsell you on stuff.

Well for the most part they are pretty good, but the last time I came in for an oil change they forgot to put the dip stick all the way in to secure it all the oil drained out of the car, and I happen to be driving to SLC, so that could have been a disaster!! Luckily nothing really happen found my dealership down there took it in for a new oil change... but they won't be working on that car anymore safe to say?Services: Wheel alignment

Whoever answered the phone is completely unknowledgeable on car services. And should never even be touching a vehicle. I made an appointment to get an inspection on my vehicle. When speaking with whoever picked up the phone I was informed. They don't do transmission work when I didn't need transmission were done I just needed an inspection to diagnose the problem the gentleman then told me that is won't be anything with the fluids it would be something with the transmission itself, which was completely inaccurate to what the problem ended up being. As a female that works on cars regularly, maybe hire better employees that actually have an idea of what they are talking about.

This turned out to be a general customer service call center. I thought I was calling a specific shop. The rep was good in respect to her seeing the interaction all the way through until my needs were fulfilled. It was a bit unnecessary and probably slowed me down overall, but I was pleased to get help from someone who genuinely wanted to help me . The representative was dedicated to my purpose for calling and making sure my goals were met to my satisfaction before parting ways. FYI, I was trying to schedule basic maintenance service for my company owned fleet work truck. Firestone is a preferred provider by my fleet management company.
