I like the size and ease of parking compared to the smaller stores. Home Depot is hot or miss sometimes.

Needed a quart of mixed paint. Nobody was working at paint area. 10 feet behind me were 4 associates at the customer service counter. I'm in plain sight standing there and not one of them bothered to ask if I needed help. I finally walked over to their counter and asked if someone was working at paint. They called on intercom but no one showed up. Needless to say I left. What a horrible store.

Bought an umbrella a few days ago. Got to use it today for the first time and within the first 30 seconds of use the umbrella completely broke and all of the wires were poking out. I should have checked the quality of the umbrella before purchase, but no wonder it gave out so quick, the metal was about as thick as tin foil. Very disappointed in the product quality. Wish it would have atleast lasted me one use

A woman helped notify me as a customer that we need to match barcodes and shelf prices because they will not honor misplaced stock? The lady called to clarify, took me on a walk just to show me how it was misplaced. Maybe just tell customers you won’t be honoring the price and waste less time. I have worked retail and never told a customer to match #s. Also clearly an employee stocked them and it was not misplaced by customers. When she went to show me how to match #s they had already cleared the misplaced items. Im glad I had taken the picture to share with friends about the good deal. Shame I won’t be sharing a positive experience.

I bought a commercial fridge from this Home Depot recently and I paid for home delivery. The delivery drivers just left it on the front porch and upon opening it, I noticed it was dented and uneven on one side of the fridge. It was bad enough to where it only allowed the door to open half way. Anyway I called Home Depot to get it replaced with a "new one" and they said I need to call the manufacturer and re-order the fridge. Also it would no longer be at the sale price I bought it for. I paid over $4000 already !After this purchase and inconvenience Home Depot wiped their hands clean with me. Please just be aware and I recommend going to Lowes or another business that has better service for your home goods.

Unfortunately, it closes at three thirty making it hard to have dinner there. Awesome ambience is great. I have been there before but apparently lately Is they are only open from eleven thirty till three thirty currently.
