Been coming here for years 3 cars plus our kids ! No more! service was horrible today!Damontae was so rude and argued with us ? he said they didn't have a tool to take our tires off to rotate? the invoice said they washed the exterior windows and vacuum floors? neither one happened! we told him a code B127 came up on my dash he said no such thing! he never heard of a car doing that? Mario was very nice when i drove up ! good employee! they didn't call me when my car was ready? they couldn't find my car in there computer? horrible service today !!!!!

I love how they take all your information while you're at your car and then they show you into the office and open the door for you. And they go ahead and explain about the cold water and the restroom. They are super friendly, professional and funny. They yell out in the shop and make funny noises LOL when you're leaving, they all yell GOODBYE ?

I've been coming to this location for 10 years never had an issue but my last visit by far has left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in back on 11/18/23 with my 2019 RT Challenger to get a full service oil change and air filter replaced. When the employee was done he informed me that something was broken by mistake in my car when changing out the air filter but they'll replace it for me. I was thinking it was possibly the air filter cover but when I went to leave and try to open my glove box it had completely fallen almost hitting the floor. After a couple weeks I called in to see if my order was placed but was told it wasn't and I had to contact the manager Alfonso. So I called back the next day to talk to the manager once he got in and was told the part was not ordered yet but they were working on it right away for me, mind you never once yelled or was upset about the situation... Then on 12/14 the manager contacted me and let me know that they couldn't get the part from the manufacturer as promised and would have to get a aftermarket replacement but I would have my glove box fixed by no later than the end of the week or beginning of the following week. After that phone conversation I have not received any type of contact from location 3736 or the manager in regards to replacing my glove box that they broke. As of today January 23rd 2024 it's been over 2 months since my glove box was broken and over a month since I've heard any word from the manager about having me come in to get it replaced. I find the way this whole situation has been handled and the lack of communication to be ridiculous, It's not my job to have to call in every other day or week to get a status update for something someone else broke of mine. So to anyone reading this just make sure that if something is broken by them, you document it and stay on top of the manager or you may end up like me

The speed and courtesy of the employees were very good, I will not speak poorly of that. However, I noticed a few things on my invoice (that you don't get until done) that I didn't appreciate. There was no rush during the time that I was there, and no cars were waiting so there really wasn't any reason why they stated "customer declined" to have the floorboards vacuumed or the windows washed. To say that customer refused, is a lie and looks to be an easy way to just do the bare minimum. Only thing I stated was that the car has a K&N air and cabin filter so there was no need to check those today. Also on my reciept, it says "Prior to Service, Exterior Body Damage". I can assure you that there is no visible body damage in or around this vehicle and as a mechanic myself that just didn't have the time to do my own oil this time, only thing I can come up with is this is a way for a shop to avoid taking responsibility for any damages they may cause while doing the service. These items didn't settle well for me and left a sour taste in my mouth from the experience. They were quick yes, and price was decent, but integrity is important to me.
