“I went to a big box store and they didn't have what was listed online but was not in store. While there an employee asked me if I was familiar with Brothers Plumbing and I said I was not, he then proceeded to tell where they were located. How refreshing to have someone recommend another business that they think has the product your looking for.
What I can say about Brothers Plumbing is they provide good customer service, are knowledgeable about their products and can provide the answers when questions are asked. When I later returned with a list for all the necessary items, they were very helpful.

“I visited the Northgate location to look around and get a quote. I have very limited knowledge on cabinets and just wanted them refaced. Frank Yee helped me as well as his friendly team. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my dilemma. Frank immediately took charge asking questions I hadn't considered. Within a few seconds Frank put together an Excellent design and showed me the numbers. To my surprise Frank educated me on the value of the services they provide compared to just a reface. I was so impressed by the friendly but focused attention that I decided not to go anywhere else. Due to the price being way more affordable than I would've guessed, I was sold. “We undertook a major house remodel in mid-2024. Our architect found Gamma Cabinetry for us as we wanted custom-built cabinets. We had a good experience getting an estimate from Gamma, and then settling on materials and a time frame. Gamma made the cabinets in about 6 weeks. The quality is outstanding. They are beautiful and serviceable. The installation went well. Unfortunately, one set of cabinets was not as deep as the architect intended, and we had to negotiate with Gamma's owner to get them re-made. That took another month, and we had to pay extra. Our advice is, be sure to study Gamma's shop drawings closely, and compare them to your architect's design so you catch any discrepancy up front. Be sure to ask questions if something isn't clear. But expect beautiful cabinets in your home.”

“Cal steam is a great store and we purchase most of our plumbing supplies from this store for our plumbing company jobs. The workers are nice and helpfull, however, they are really short on stuff. They do not have enough people to serve the customers and this results in loosing company time while waiting for them to service the clients. Sometimes it's hard to get to hold of someone over the phone as well since they have so many people to serve.”
“That place is misleading they sell you stuff there but when it's time to go get parts for it they don't have them you got to call the company where you receive the stuff that you had got from there that place is a big rip-off the parts don't even match for what you're trying to match is a big hoax their employees or not skilled enough and they don't know what they're talkin about or what they're looking for when you try to ask for the manager they gave you a big run around and that's misleading on the American people??????”
