Just went in for a quote for a new tire, they tried saying I needed the tire pressure monitoring system rebuild. My car doesn't have a tire pressure monitoring system.

I have been a customer at Schwab for many years. Here ate some of the reasons why. If you purchase new tires from them, free flat repair for the life of the tire anywhere in the country. Free tire rotation fir the life of the tires. Prices comparable to most other tire stores. S.O.P. brake check everything you have the tires rotated. They send email reminders when rotation should be done. I recently had my tires rotated & they offered me a new thing Les is doing. It's a machine they have, it cuts the stringht line grooves in the tire deeper a little bit, gives tire longer life, I immediately felt the difference. Etter grip in the rain, stops better. The cost was like $60 for all 4 tires. Dated post 2/8/24.. great customer service.

Take your business elsewhere, this place is NOT honest with their work.Les Schwab did not have to do an alignment, I could have gone without one as all my numbers were all in spec. Proof in pictures. On Friday, December 15, 2023, at approximately 9:00 a.m, I made an appointment at les Schwab located on 631 Harbor Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691.I made an appointment to have my family vehicle serviced, specifically have an alignment done because I recently purchased new tires at a different shop.Upon completion of my alignment, the employee informed me, and once I paid, I noticed that I was not given an ALIGNMENT COPY of the work done. I was told by the employee that the printer was not working, which I thought was strange, and my doubts and suspicion grew as I was given a paper size printout of a receipt even though the "printer was not working". The paper size receipt also had a completely different license plate number, which was NOT my vehicle. I asked the gentlemen on the counter if they could please email me the alignment information for my vehicle in which they agreed to. I paid and left the location with no further issues. At approximately 1:00 p.m., after a few hours went by, I had not received anything in my email. I finally decided to call them and respectfully requested them to email me the alignment information above. I received a screenshot of my alignment, and my disappointment grew. The location where I bought my new tires must have done an alignment as Les Schwab did NOT need to perform another alignment on my vehicle. The alignment screenshot I received can confirm the previous adjustments with numbers that were all in spec. Including the UNNECESSARY adjustments made.I have been at Les Schwab for many of my household vehicles, and I am disappointed with Les schwab. As Les Schwab himself says, "DOING IT RIGHT IS WHAT WE DO BEST" - Les Schwab.Les Schwab did NOT provide a good business practice to me as the employee could have told me that I did NOT need an alignment done on my vehicle. I recommend you take your business elsewhere where a shop is honest with their work.Les Schwab did NOT set the standard for consistently exceptional customer service.

I could not be happier with Les Schwab and the service they perform. This West Sacramento location is terrific. They are kind, helpful, accurate in terms of how long something might take, and the prices they charge are the best. I will never buy a tire, get a tire fixed, or have my tires serviced anyplace else. They are the best!

I appreciate this location it took 1/2 time than what was told to me. My PSI on my driver passenger tire dropped rapidly from 30 to 0 as I drove on the hwy with my 8 month pregnant daughter. It was a very scary experience to know that I would have flat. They were so polite when we arrived , the employees helped rapidly although they were 3 employees short staffed ..I am a longtime customer for years and will continue..

I had a horrible experience with this Les swab. Purchased a lift kit and was told it would be done that day. 2 days later I get a call saying my old wheels and tires would not fit after being told they would. So I purchased new ones. Next day I pick up the truck and they forgot or did not torque a bolt for the power steering gearbox which caused the steering to be really sloppy and the steering wheel was off to the right. After returning to get it fixed, the steering wheel was off to the left and the truck pulls to the right. I will not being going back to this Les Swab again. Taking the truck else where to get fixed correctly.

Came in for a 2pm appointment for an alignment. It's almost 3pm and the car is still sitting in the lot. No one has communicated about the status and why a 2pm appointment is meaningless. I did not request an inspection so my appointment is for an alignment. Time is precious and this is why we make appointments. Had I been advised at checking on the timing I would have left the car here. Let's see how they recover. I will not inquire on the status. They can obviously see me waiting in a large and clean room, hence the 2 stars.-car was moved to the shop at 259pm- it's 3:40pm waiting patiently.- At 4pm my name was called. The technician explained the work done and corrective actions done. Very pleasant experience.I'd say I will come back here again l, but need to know the exact meaning of an appointment and what it takes to get the vehicle in queue.Changing my 2 rating to a 4.

The employees are good, but I ordered my tires and was told by one of the ladies that works there that all I had to do was come in and they would take me right in. I was there for three hours. I don't think I would call that getting right in. It cost almost $70 to balance four steel wheels with eight pound on weights? Are you kidding me? I guess since I bought the cheap tires you had to make for it. Again I don't any problems with the employees they were fine.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT LES SWAB!I JUST WASTED 3 HOURS GOING INTO GREAT DETAIL IN THE LINK PROVIDED BY LES SWAB. Hit "SUBMIT" and got well we are have problems call this number.SCREW YOU TOO LES SWAB!I had my vehicle in there for a wheel alignment and a concern over noise about 7,000 miles for which your technician diagnosed it as a bad left (Driver's) front wheel bearing assembly. Did it same day, the noise was gone and my Jeep was practically free rolling, there was a drag, struggle, bog down, that I wasn't really conscious was there until it wasn't. That was assume. About 3,000 later I started to notice front end noise. I brought it back to the shop, concerned the right (passenger) front may be going. They didn't have time to do an alignment inspection, I emphasized I needed it at least inspected so much so. I insisted on a rotation, to pay for it which would require taken the wheels off. I told them the noise was random it was like metal on metal clanking, swirling roller bearing in a can low speed cold. and its like it goes away when hot. At freeway speed though its a different noise a audible whining/grinning noise. A problem whether they could deal with it or not I NEEDED to know. The mechanic eventually got to my vehicle, came to me said "All Done". I asked if specifically he he found anything on the noise he "no, I checked it was all good and tight" I asked if he actually took it on the road and he said, " I told him it is most noticeable at freeway speed" He responded, "he just didn't find anything, it was good" I paid him for the rotation and THEN he mentions the squeak while steering as something that can be cured. The squeak was old parts, he could replace them.My thought was well it's just squeaking it's an older vehicle.Fast forward to yesterday afternoon. A hit a transition divot at the lip of the freeway and a freeway bridge. Loud bang (Driver side fender blows off with tire debris. I pull hard to the left and come to a complete stop managing not to hit the Kbar but Completely trapped in the worst part of FIX 50 split. A panicked call, for a tow, a CHP escort to safe spot. A bit of look my self that it's more than a flat tire. A call to this shop "One usually gets an appt for these things". was what I got asking if they look at, and when I mentioned you guys said, "it was good and tight" What I got was "well you can bring it by tomorrow."So my question at that point was what part of I just got towed off of 50 and don't live in Sacramento is Unclear. This was clearly not going to get home. So I called a local shop here in Auburn I asked if they would look at. They said," Yes" and a $500 tow later I had the tow truck drop it at their shop. Skipping ahead to this afternoon. $3600, the tire, the wheel, both control Arms and Ball joints Left and Right, the left strut and spring bent. that $3600 includes the right Strut and spring as well as a might as well.COMPLETE incompetence. Was I dismissed with not being given actual detail on the squeaky parts? or was the mechanic just to lacking in experience to understand worn ball joint lead to axles falling apart? Was I dismissed as not have the big billing prize? Was my vehicle to functional to rack in the labor and Parts? Or maybe too big of a time s***** when all the money is tires not suspension?Did the mechanic even check on my concern? I HAVE ZERO REASON TO BELIEVE SO. I think he didn't even bother the shake the tire check for worn suspension and parts test and only mentioned the squeaking because he drove it in the shop area.I THINK HE COULDN'T GET RID OF ME FAST ENOUGH.The other shop stated the left front upper ball joint came out, punctured the tire and freeway speed really finished off the suspension. AND AGAIN $3600.THIS COULD OF GOTTEN ME INJURED OR KILLED AND COULD HAVE DONE THE SAME TO A CHP RESPONDER.BECAUSE I WASN'T WORTH YOUR TIME TO DIAGNOSE IT CORRECTLY. SCREW YOUR CHEAP PLATITUDES ABOUT "FEELING

This is a great business model! I stopped in because I noticed a nail in one of my tires. The manager greeted me right away and had a technician work on my car. Once it was done, I asked to pay but they said it was not necessary. The service was great, when I need tires for my cars, I will go to Les Schwab Tire Centers. Thank you to the Les Schwab West Sacramento team!Dan N

I like the fact that the staff works hard. Very serious about they duties. Place is clean and cool. Just wish they would communicate with the guest who are waiting for our vehicles. Updates might be nice! after 2 1/2 hours. Also if the on line booking appointment system is not working properly, fix it or dump it!! I do like this business and spending my money here. $$$ Tires cost so money!?
