Staff not knowledgeable about appliance installation process. We were given so much conflicting information about the process.

Lowe's simply sucks! Poor customer service, poor product selection, poor inventory transparency, deceiving and inconsistent online vs in store pricing. Definitely not a home improvement store you want to go to when you want to get stuff done.

I like a lot about this store. But it's inexcusable to put someone on hold repeatedly for over half an hour without at least stepping in to say what's happening.
