Me and my husband will only deal with akia when we go in there for anything including just to pay a bill. She is very nice & also trys to help us as best to her ability. Always getting us the best deals.Thank you. We won't even go to a different metro. This is our metro store because of her. Thank you

I can not express how awesome Kia at metro is. She is super sweet and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She is calm when there is overwhelming abumdance of customers in the buildingand she is alone. She keeps her composer,very professional. She deserves a raise. She has made me continue being a metro customer. Great employees deserve recognition. Kia your amazing , keep up the outstanding work .

I was approached by 10 employees and not one of them tried trouble shooting why my phone was freezing up. The only solution they offered was to buy a new phone. Took my business to the metro store not from from there and there was only 1 person working, i explained what was going on with my phone, she pressed down on two buttons, my phone reset and was back to normal. She was nice enogh to explain how to fix the problem if it occured again. It was at that point I inquired about upgrading my phone. I give kudos to the Metro store on Harbor Dr, West Sac, take your business there and not here...

I went and was disappointed. Wouldn't help me upgrade. The manager didn't believe what i was telling him. said the customer service guy was probably calling from Thailand.

Omg. I just visited this MetroPCS and I can't believe how a business have such lazy employees working there. The lady that helped, well sort of helped me. Barely open her mouth, I was ready to spend over $650 on a new phone and new service. She didn't want to answer any question, she just gave the price of the phone, that I didn't need because they have the price on the display phones. I have a lot of questions, but she didn't answer anything. She was too busy on her cell phone, there were three employees and only one costumer, me. All of them were on their personal cell phone. I left without a new phone or service. Horrible customer service. Tomorrow I will try a different store, I hope it will be better service.
