In these times of rapidly declining customer service and sky rocketing prices, Midas is such a breath of fresh air!
I’m so very grateful to the staff at this store for helping my 19 year old son and his friends on their first road trip. They got a plastic bag fastened around the axle of their car and could not get it free - they are relatively new drivers and it was causing a lot of noise and stress to their first day of adventure. The boys stopped at Midas on the off chance they could get some advice on how to free the bag. The staff here went above and beyond, they were incredibly kind and helpful and looked at the car immediately, freed the bag and didn’t even charge them for the work. I could not be more grateful for your staff helping the kids out and treating them so well. You have made us customers for life! Thank you so so much for helping!!

They were super nice, we got a trash stuck in drive train and they cut it out and got us fixed us and ready to go within like 15 minutes. Everybody there was incredibly kind too. Overall great experience and save our trip from having to listen to that

They don’t answer their phones and they are very rude to paying customers. They did apologize and say that they only have so many people working and are very busy. Probably still won’t be back, but the apology is appreciated I guess.

Nice, friendly, honest guys, did it quickly for good price. For full synthetic oil change with fluid inspection/top off + tire rotation after $20 off coupon came to $89 and after taxes and disposal fees total was $99 not bad, we brought 2 cars and were done in an hour. They did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts/services like other places try to do. Excellent, will come back for future service. Special thanks to Adam, he was great on the phone and during the service

Came in for an oil change after I scheduled an appointment with them. I decided to waited until the service was done although they serviced it a bit later than scheduled it was done rather quick and I didn't have to wait long,Good service, friendly and accommodating staff.

DO NOT COME to Midas Auto Repair Service in West Sacramento. Address: 853 Jefferson Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691DO NOT COME HERE! This Auto repair service shop scamed me for inflated parts costs.My check engine light came on. After running diagnostics, they told me the replacement of the intake boot. They charged me for this part $184. Plus, they charged me $65 for labor. I felt uncomfortable about the price, but they assured me that this is the cheapest price for this part and I agreed to replace it. Replacing intake boot did not solve the problem. My check engine light still on. Later I decided to double check the priceAs same in O'Reilly Auto Parts store, as in Auto Parts at AutoZone store, I found the price for Air Intake Boot part - $94. This auto shop scamed me. I payed my money for fake work.If you don't want to feel fool, DO NOT get your vehicle worked on here but if you must be sure to get a second quote at another auto shop before agreeing to anything.
