Krystal was amazing, she had a great attitude and exceptional customer service. The basic wash was okay but you may need to bring towels to dry your car off.

I love the way they set up the whole area that is covered and well lit so you can detail all the way up until 9:00 p.m. the interior and exterior of your car with powerful vacuums and moistened polish micro fiber towels to make your ride shine!! ❤️Services: Polishing

This has been my favorite Quick Quack. It seems lately that some parts of the carwash have been broken when i try to get my truck washed. First the gates, then car wash broken. I was excited that everything seemed great until I noticed the right side tire brush did not work while getting my truck washed. One side of my tires got cleaned but the other just water hit it then shine. Dirt and shine don't mix. Hope it get fixed soon. I was told by staff that someone ran over the large tire brush.? how when your car should stay in neutral! Please people if you can't follow directions by keeping your car in neutral until you exit the car wash, wash your own car at home so that those that pay a membership get there full monies forth. Still a faithful Quick Quack member!?♥️

I have unlimited washes and it’s so worth it! You get two washes per day. I don’t come as often as I should but I love going. Even on days I don’t feel like getting a car wash I go just for the customer service. Krystal is the best!!! I look forward to talking to her every visit. She makes the trip so much more worth it!

I loved the professionalism at this car wash. This was my first time to this Quick Quack. They all greeted me with a friendly disposition. And the manager took the time to greet me and welcome me to her car wash and assured me that they would treat my car as if it was there own. Her name was Mia and I’ll definitely be going back. Terrible. I am a frequent user all over sacramento, and this was the worst. The windshield brush before the rinse wasn't even spinning. Windshield still had bugs. The blowers/dryers were terrible. Car was still wet and soap all over. Not good for paint. I watched several vehicles come out soapy and wet. Multiple vacuum did not work. Not even the air blowers worked.I will not ever go to that location and wouldn't tell anyone else to go either.The only positive was that the car wasn't as dirty as when I brought it in. That deserved a 2.
