For all that is holy do not get online ecart. The lady who filled our order not only got our order wrong she double charged us for a whopping 241.08. The price for all the stuff should have been 96 and something cents. Called the 1 800 number and we got some credit back but only 40 dollars even though I explained that we were not given the extra stuff. Double check your stuff and make sure to talk to the store right away if anything is fishy with your receipt.

My partner spoke with a Tony on the phone and he had amazing customer service. he described the cakes and everything. Appreciate the good people in the world, you guys hired a great employee

If they have no blueberry muffins, ask at the coffee counter, often there are some in back. Two months in a row I have not received my bonus coupons in the mail. I spoke with the manager last week, she said she hadn't received hers either. She asked me to wait until today and if I still hadn't received them, she would take care of it. I went into the store with high hopes, however, just as the previous month I was not given my personal coupons just the dollar amount for earned for the month. I feel like I earned the extra coupons. I don't feel like the manager "took care of the matter", as promised.

I ordered a half sheet cake for a friends celebration of life, and I was so dissappointed in it. It looked like a second grader that does not how to write in Cursive did the lettering. The edge trim looked all askew, not straight, like they used a sandwich baggie to squeeze out the frosting. One more thing the cake was really dry. Use a different baker if you want your special occasion cake to look and taste good. I suggest Safeway Stores bakery

Went to raleys on sunday around 2pm Sept 24. Again no security near the entrance....approach by a man with a dark hoodie....saying give me some money right next to the shopping carts. I don't feel safe shopping here..and it's annoying.

Lines are always slow. Produce is meh. Interior is super dated and cramped. One entry/exit door only (is that up to code?) and bank atm is inside. Usually clean but not well lit. This store desperately needs a whole makeover! I only go there for flowers.

When will West Sacramento get a new store like the one on Freeport Blvd in Sacramento? West Sacramento is headquarters for Raley's but they're letting this store go downhill since the Safeway closed in West Sacramento. From the parking lot to the shopping cart corrals to the outside and indoor paint and floors inside. I guess Raley's feels we have no choice but to shop at this store, but we do. I've found expired products in this store quite a few times and even a nice NY steak will turn brown before the sell by date. Sometimes there's a security person but not very often that I've seen. I've been a Raley's shopper for decades and I'm sad to see this store go downhill but the ones in Sacramento are really nice. Some employees have been here for years but it seems there's new ones that come and go every week or so? I'm thinking this might be a training store but I don't know for sure.

This store should be the absolute best since their headquarters is in West Sacramento, but it’s the worse Raley’s I’ve ever gone to.You truly have to watch the dates on all dairy products, it never fails that I find a past date on things here. I have felt as if I’m bother some of the cashiers and staff by shopping.It’s not the cleanest either. With all the new apartments and houses going up in our small town they really need to step up their game!I only go to Nugget because it is clean, they take care of their customers and “most” of them share a smile and are friendly. They are happy to help their customers!

Deli counter showed me one weight and then increased the weight and used a sticker to cover the price increase. Supervisor and deli leader claimed the employee is new. The intent to increase the price was obvious. Very shady. Gave two stars instead of one because they fixed the price.

Me and my partner had asked one of the employees here if they still took ebt for hot food through the homeless program. He has said yes so I thanked him and went to go get my food items. As we were checking out at the self checkout when I had went to pay for our items it said after I paid I still had 10+ dollars for the hot food, confused I asked the attendant for the self checkout why we were being charged for the hot food she looked at us like we were dumb and told us they stopped taking ebt payments for hot food months ago. I had heard they stopped taking ebt for hot food at like gas stations and stuff but I had not known they also stopped in some/all grocery stores. And that part is my fault but I still felt very disrespected and judged by the lady with the way they looked at us and spoke to us.
