Extremely poor employees with rude attitudes,the Mexican fake security guard has attitude and was judging the book by it's cover please fire him at store 501 on fruitridge Blvd, the white man whose pretending to be a manager was rude and didn't override a coupon and gave me a hard time. 1 star! Y'all should take your feedback and stop hiring rude people start firing them! Double coupons if y'all gonna be double triple the price of Walmart !!

I bought two gift cards one for Macy's $50.00 at Raley's Walnut and Fair Oaks, one for Nordstrom $100.00 at Raley's Madison-Hazel. When my mom went to use them there were both zero balance. I went to Raley's to let them know and they told me that they are not liable. So here I am with no money and embarrassed that my mom did not get anything. Please do not buy gift cards they are stealing them once you activate them.

I shopped at Wal Mart today for groceries because I am so disgusted with the new Raley’s shopping site which I checked out yesterday. I have been using an iPad to participate in your former rewards program. I thought perhaps the ‘new’ improved would make shopping more equitable for ALL people in the community. NO, it makes it further discriminatory by requiring a cel phone. I have a cel phone strictly in my purse to be used for any car trouble I should have away from home. Raley’s is the closest store to my home. I am elderly and not currently driving. Are you using the knowledge that all who are as old as I am will soon be gone to justify your program? What about busy young moms, are they supposed to use this layered program to get the better prices for their families? As I said, I am disgusted with your use of this program. I have shopped at Raley’s or Bel Air since March of 1981

I’ve called the customer service number and no one ever answers neither does your chat link. Your customer service doesn’t seem to exist. All I want to do is update my something extra number! The app doesn’t allow me to. You might as well remove any mention of customer service!

The watt avenue store is terrible. The staff is very rude and they apparently have a sheriff's officer who supposedly is security, but from what I saw does nothing more than harrass customers and puff up his chest exerting his supposed authority. This type of treatment is unexceptable, and I will NOT be shopping there ever again.

After years of shopping at Bel Air Natomas, never again. I have the Raley's club card, and Raleys coupons but apparently you need to download ANOTHER app and show the online coupons to get discounts. For whatever reason the wifi in the store wasnt secure enough and my phone would not connect to show the coupon. Instead of simply helping out the checker wouldnt honor the price for the items and i left $25 of groceries behind. On top of that, as usual, the 2 for $10 specials you have weren't in the register and I was charged double and had to go back to deal with unhappy employees that don't care. Lousy service. Long lines and high prices. Better off going back to Safeway. Raley's used to stand for quality. No longer.

Called the 800 number and was hung up on after 30 minutes of being on hold. This is unacceptable. I am also going in circles trying to register after downloading app. There are plenty of other stores I can shop with if you don’t want to assist.

Someone moved their mobile security camera with the obnoxious blue strobe and now it illuminates my bedroom and has been triggering my seizures. Already complaining to the city about them as constant seedy traffic in/out parking lot and them moving their stupid camera farther from where they get people meeting up its now strobing the entire neighborhood and catching nothing!

No Christmas decorations.Service is great and most food items, but to disregard the joy and delite of this celebration is sad.Your marketing specialist needs inspiration please reward your employees...turkeys gift card and card. More for loyalty in years of service.As a 25 year customer I am sadden but corporates lack of care and desire to make people their goal, not the almighty $.Very disappointed...heading to Sprouts soon here in Merced.Get in the Spirit .. Christmas is about Christs birth...what a celebration ?You have become greedy and hedonistic.Your money will not get you into heaven.And your things won't be going with you either

I used to love Benicia Raleys store. The layout and design was so warm and welcoming. I could browse and shop for hours. This was back in the 1990s. Organic products had their own section. Wine was across from the meat department. There were pockets of specialty items and there was a greeting card and wrapping paper section. You could buy anything from flip flops to wine glasses. Now, it’s dark and depressing. Aisles hold you prisoner as you can’t cut through them. Employees are angry and resentful if asked for service. Produce department used to have the best fruit and vegetables. You could ask the clerk about apples and they’d give you a sample. Now, you have to hunt someone down and they don’t know about the produce. Today I went to pickup my challah bread that I ordered and was told it was in. I had to argue with 3 employees who insisted that I didn’t have any bread. After they finally checked it was there waiting for me with my name on it! They blamed the manager for not telling them! How’s about just checking before telling me that you don’t have it! Horrible service! What happened to customer service and satisfaction? Employees act angry that you showed up at the store to shop or heaven forbid to ask for some meat at the deli counter.

I have shopped at Bel-Air/Raley's for over 30 years, and watched the customer service, restocking of the shelves, and quality of fruits and vegetables go down hill. I shop their because it is the closest grocery store to where I live, and for no other reason. Today, I purchased groceries and was looking for a store credit for the battery powered pumpkin I bought for Halloween that became defective. Less than a week since Halloween, the store had already cleared out all the Halloween items from the store, so I couldn't show them the UPC code on the item. As a reward customer, and the fact that it was a recent purchase I thought they could use my debit card to pull up the receipt, to show what I had paid, but was told there was no way to do that, I needed my actual receipt, again I just wanted a store credit, and never thought of keeping a grocery receipt. I hope this can be resolved, because, this is the icing on the cake, with all the other issues they have. I honestly didn't appreciate how snippy the store manager was to me when I asked for a credit. It was all a unpleasant surprise to me.

Tonight was one of my worst experiences trying to use this store. Raley's is the closest but it has gone downhill since the pandemic. I shopped and had probably $250 in my cart got in line there were only two cashiers this cashier had trouble with the lady ahead of me with her EBT card they tried five times to make the EBT card work then called the short stocky manager over to see if she could do it she tried another three times to make it work it didn't work. After all this I thought the lady was going to leave but she came back to the counter and now the manager is talking to her about WIC and they start scanning product as if they're going to put it back into the store and credit This woman's EBT card. After more than 20 minutes of this foolishness I left. This manager should have gone to an empty station left our original cashier there to finish those of us in line and taken care of the woman separately. I hate this store

Since Redding, I've enjoyed shopping at Raley's and now I've got stores to visit in Sacramento. Also, Bel Air stores are clean an nice and great big selections for food and drinks. All 3 of us like shopping at the stores in Rocklin and Roseville.
