“(Long review, sorry)One of a few areas in midtown that has events such as the Farmer's Market on Saturdays and art/music events during the spring/summer. There are restaurants/meeting places like LowBrau, a comedy club (the Comedy Spot), a place called Good News Wine where you can have wine and food...and even a Peet's Coffee. So, something for everyone.Spaghetti Factory, Tank House BBQ Bar, and other restaurants are very close to the Marrs Building and easily walked to. If you're so inclined, there are dance clubs and bars within a block of Marrs as well.Good daily place to visit and great for events. Enjoy!”

“All of the little shops in here are amazing & sell good stuff. Very unique pieces some even handmade. But unfortunately I don't shop at every shop , the only place I go to is Kenya's place.. She has amazing handmade WAIST BEADS. All four that I have are from her. Highly recommend going to her. **I also want to try coming here on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of each month , they have vendors & food trucks in the parking lot. Every month.”

“Oh let me tell you Piatti restaurant, OUTSTANDING. I chose this restaurant for my birthday. Well was I surprised, at the service. As soon as they the young ladies working the door See you, they open the door, WOW what service. I had the roasted half chicken, house Merlot. Grace our server was very attentive. EVERYTHING was fabulous. I will be back. The ambiance was wonderful. The shopping area clean and put together. Again I will be back.”

“This place is a cool spot. Indoor shops in an industrial looking area. The dude at the record shop was the most chill guy I've met in the last ten cheers. Great products and great prices. My opinion of course. The Old but Gold had great deals as well for woman's clothing. They had used but in mint condition clothing and a lot of cool hand made stuff. Grab a coffee near by and then give this place a go. Cheers.”

“The steakhouse is awful for customer service! Food is good but outback is better but this is closer. Get some better trained wait staff! We ordered drinks but never saw them or water through our whole meal. No bread either.”

“HBA - Howe ‘Bout Arden Shopping Center is one of the shopping centers I visited the most recently. They have a few great restaurants and stores I like to visit. The Century Theatre is also here too.The HBA has three sections. The original section has Michaels, Starbucks, Nike Clearance Store, and California Fish Grille, and the 2nd phase has Nordstrom Rack, Home Goods, and more restaurants. The last section has T4, Saigon Bay, etc.This is a very busy shopping center in the Sacramento area. I come here a lot!”

“Filipino and Asian stores. Gym and Big 5. Food outlets. Shared parking lot. Area has a lot of unhoused. Generally not a problem but be aware of your surroundings. If you have not tried some of the food here, do so. Couple good bakeries. Try the pan de sal.”

“Town & Country Village Shopping Center is one of my favorite shopping centers in Sacramento. The shopping center has many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants where I like to shop. Some of the stores I like are T.J. Maxx, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts Farmers Market, Five Guys, Ramen 101, and more.The shopping center has more beautiful decorations than most of the other shipping centers in town. A lot of parking is available at the big parking lot in the middle of the shopping center. However, the smaller parking lot in front of Trader Joe’s and Ramen 101 is always super busy. So you can go behind the building and park your car in the big parking lot with a short walk.”

“This is my go to Bel Air location. Otherwise I don't spend much time at this shopping center. I know the store which makes it easy to structure a grocery list aisle by aisle, making time spent shopping to the minimum.”

“There are real good places to get a bite to eat. Some of the best places is Estelle's to eat. They make their own breads that some really great tasting sandwiches. They are also known for their pasties, cookies, and cakes. But they also make some great salads and soups. Everything that they serve is always freshly made. That makes some of the best eats one can get within the downtown area for freshly baked items and lunch food and food that is served most of the day.”

“We went to Chaat Kafe. OMG their food is so good ? We got the Butter Chicken with the Garlic Naan Bread and the regular Naan Bread. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of it before it was all gone. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back.”

“The Raleys grocery store is fine, it's what you'd expect from a "higher end" grocery store. Delish Pizza is about 4 or 5 doors/businesses and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! Amazing pizza and kind, hard-working and helpful and giving people work/run that place. Try a "Pepperoni and Jalepeno with White Sause, DOUBLE CUT." Say it just like that.. your welcome. I don't even like spicy food but I'm telling you, they only put a few Jalepeno's on it and it's just the right amount. Hella good. Aldo, there are 2 smoke shops, 1 next to Delish Pizza and the other is up front on the corner next to Superb Burger. I suggest the 2nd smoke shop in the back by Delish Pizza. Better prices, better selection, also the people I see in there are smoker friendly in my opinion. To the left of Raleys is the 99 cent store. It's a big store, great selection of items. To the left of the 99 cent store is SANTANA RECYCLING. They are open Monday thru Saturday, I think 9-4:30. Closed Sunday. No metal's or anything just Aluminum CRV & Plastic CRV.”

“I truly love Arden Fair Mall. It's a great place to shop. One of my favorite restaurants is there, Seasons 52. There is ample parking, a variety of small shops along with name-brand anchor stores. I live almost exactly in the middle of Roseville galleria and Arden Fair so I alternate shopping at each.”
“Plenty of good stuff here... the Target is nicer than most, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Auto shop, barber shop, vape shop, and a Nugget Market that rivals the one in Davis. Lots of parking, too.”
