Good afternoon. Today I ordered a Hot Caramel Mociato again... and again I received an iced coffee. It's cold and raining outside, I want to warm up. It was actually at 3 different Starbucks. The people who take the order simply do not listen to the client. I specifically say HOT! Useless. Then, they once again apologize for the mistake, make new hot coffee, with an expression on their faces that I am to blame for this. Very unpleasant. It is sad.

Fast service. Sometimes they have coffee grounds for the garden. Parking is available, but the spaces are so small!Parking: Spaces are really small.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is a few stores away. There are tables inside and outside.

Yo starbs always be going. Just that when they run out of Matcha, me and them don’t chacha, I go somewhere else if they out. Not sure how a global chain runs out of matcha.

Kailee was so so sweet, we chatted for a bit while she took my order and she complimented my shirt. she was so kind and friendly, as was the rest of the team. will absolutely be back here when i'm craving my strawberry acai refreshers!

This review is for barista Leonardo's customer service. My daughter Ordered her drink at 8:17 said it was ready at 8:30 was asked if there was a drink ready and the barista Leonardo just said no, then waited and asked him again explaining it's been 30 minutes to which he said well it's not ready. After 40 minutes of nothing we had to cancel the order. I understand having teens in there can be a lot but he seemed to only be rude to the teenagers. He was in the wrong, he has no customer service, but thank you to the lady cashier who helped cancel the order. It should have been that easy to fix the problem and use customer service to figure out why she had to wait so long when her drink was "ready" 20 minutes before she had to cancel it because there was no drink.
