You have to pay $150 in total for the room. $100 for the room and $50 for deposit. We used to stay here all the time and wanted to come back for some nostalgia but was told that in order to get the room we must pay the deposit on a credit card and i asked aren’t you supposed to get a refundable deposit and by what i know of doing a credit card is not refundable. I was paying full amount in cash and was still refused a room. Ive never heard of a deposit on a credit card??♀️?

While I was talking to the Indian gentleman at the front desk I saw a cockroach walk up his arm and across his shoulder and over his head and down the other side..I thought that was very odd.

Okay stay. You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. But that’s pretty much all you get.

It was the most worst nightmare ever. They took my room payment in my prepaid Mastercard but when I got there they wouldn't take it to put on hold in case if damages so they wouldn't refund me the room money because they said no cancellation. Do I'm out my room and my money . Desk clerk said I could speak to manager than 2min came back to desk and said manager not there. Really what a scam they pull be aware . 50 rooms at 79.00 each. Lots of money they steal from oeople

As far as my experience here, the lady at the front desk was so polite and friendly and helpful.Check in was a breeze. The property was beautifully maintained. The room was well stocked, clean,no insects. The AC was cold as ice.The microwave was so clean i swear it looks brand new.The atmosphere was quiet and i enjoyed a good night sleep on a comfortable bed after watching cable tv. For the first time i actually have nothing bad to say about this business. I highly recommend this business

No fitted sheets on my bed. There's an oven, but it isn't connected to gas. The TV is so old it's blurry. The bathroom door hits the bed instead of opening. The Continental breakfast coffee is prepared by someone who doesn't drink coffee, or won't read the instructions on preparation. As weak as tea.If you just need a bed... This is it.

Ok, this one needed a review. I was in town for two days, and needed a cheap motel. I found this one, and have been to others in the area, so I was assuming it's higher price to be worth it. Unfortunately, it was a trip back to the 90s with the ancient big box square tv, to the old bed, to the paint falling off of the brittle, *can only hold 5 pounds* counter tops. Also, the microwave and mini fridge are unkept, and don't work completely, having to put anything in the fridge in the tin y compartment that is for a freezer if you want it cold at all, and the microwave is small and cooks things got and cold in some spots. Just wow. They even charge a deposit of 50 dollars when you get the room, and they tried to keep my id. If I didn't tell them, they were acting like they did it get it, or they don't have it. I told them it where it was, then they gave it to me saying "my mistake" . Avoid this place for your life. Head my warning! The echo lodge across the street, or down the street like by two minutes is always cheaper no matter what day it is, always larger, cleaner, offer more amenities and accessories including fridges, beds, microwaves, lights, ac unit, tv, etc. Or honestly, anywhere is better than here.

I've stayed here a handful of times and I have enjoyed each stay. The property is very quiet and easy to get a full night's sleep. No loud noises outside, and I never hear other guest either. I've met, I believe, the couple that owns the hotel and they're both very kind and they remember me from previous stays. As far as the room goes, it has everything you need. Cable TV, a fridge, microwave, a little kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a nice place if you're from out of town working here in Sacramento.

My partner and I were stuck in Sac over night and booked a room here in less than 15 minutes. Front desk employees were very nice and fast with the reservation. And the room was good, nice mattress, tv, free wifi, and AC unit. If you need a motel this is a solid spot. The only things I could say against this place are that you should definitely check for deals online because I saved about $10-15 by booking online instead of in person and there are no hangers inside the closet which wasn't an issue for me but I could see how some people might take issue with that.

The only thing nice in this motel is the attendance. They are really competent and friendly. Shower has a super pressure but I don't know if I liked it. Matress and pillows are not good. Air conditioning is decent, thoug. Don't expect more than coffee, orange juice and rolls for breakfast. They even make sure to place a copy of the dictionary with the definition of continental breakfast: coffee and rolls. The room was for non smokers but smelled like smoke. The bathroom trash bag had a chewed gum inside which is a small detail that could show a problem with higiene. Few spider webs on the floor. The electrical outlets were all too old and couldn't hold the cellphone charger in place. I found one in the bathroom that still was not perfect, but worked somehow.

I stayed in the double bed room. Beds are comfy and spacious. Rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchen area with sink. There in no pool but Inn is in walking distance to several fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, ect. Owner/manager is extremely welcoming and accommodating. I paid $100.08 a night.
