Hands down James went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this store. We traveled from a distance to get the galaxy ultra 23 no tmobile store in our area had it and each store did not give good service like these guys in west sac.James made the transaction quick and easy. He answered all my questions. Shout out to the manager for helping out to he had great opinion on the phone and thats what i was looking for too.Thanks Guys

I went there to get a new phone in December and start a new line and plan. I was helped by Joshue and he told me that I could trade in my old iPhone X and that there was a deal going on for $800 off of a phone, so I could essentially get the iPhone 14 for free. I agreed, and although it took a long time (4 hours), he was nice and answered all of my questions. I asked MANY times, and he assured me that I could get this deal and I would not have to change my phone # to get this $800 off deal which was the impression I was under previously from a phone conversation with customer service. He told me that my first month's bill would be less, my second and third month's bills would be a little more, and then my fourth month's bill would be back to the normal price that it would be. Well, March rolls around and my payment was still very high. I called customer service and come to find out that I was NEVER enrolled in this $800 deal and that I didn't even actually technically qualify for it because I was previously on a different account and plan with TMobile. I would NOT have gotten a new phone if this was not a deal, and this is NOT in my budget. I feel like I was lied to and blindly signed up for something that is now putting me in an incredibly sticky situation, and I would not have gotten this phone if I could not get the $800 off.

My phone has poor reception with 3 years old sim card, and the friendly staff checked my West Sacramento area quality of the phone coverage and replaced the sim card. Now the phone works just fine again . Thank you very much James.

Staff are helpful for sure, but so sorry I left metro for tmobile. Samsung phone is a PITA and NOT worth $1000. So stuck in this switch but will be leaving as soon as I can.

Worst purchase ever. Horrible on line customer support. Holding now for 38 effing minutes. Bought 8.30.22 and spent 2 hours in store with Raja setting up new account and auto pay. All a waste of time. Now getting harassing text messages to cut service cuz bill is supposedly late. WRONG. After 4 or 5 days of threats to cut me off, I went on line again and set up auto pay again! Recording said balance was paid, but today I am getting more harassing texts to pay or be cut off and incur 20$ reconnect fee. So I call and recording tells me it's a $10 service fee for calling customer support. So while I'm still holding for one, I am back on line typing out this whole saga telling them to refund the 5$ late fee and not to charge the $10 service call fee or the $20 reconnect fee and to acknowledge the auto pay payment. WHAT AN EFFING JOKE. THE BIGGER THEY ARE THE WORSE THEY GET. THEY SUCK AND I WILL BE LEAVING. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG, DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO $50 PER MONTH PER PHONE OR THE FREE BULLCRAP. THEY ARE NO MONEY UP FRONT BUT THEY ARE NOT FREE. I HATE THEM ALREADY SND ITS NOT EVEN 30 DAYS.
