Mike at the Hot Tube store in West Sacramento is a true professional. His down to earth demeanor was comforting. He was very helpful with explaining things in the owners manual that I was having a difficult time figuring out on my own. He actually gave me hand written details on how to manage my hot tub for optimum efficiency. Thx Mike.Tony Thomas

We have had Hot Springs Spas for years and have worked with the service team many times. Unfortunately, once you get thru the Warranty period, they have drastically increased service costs to repair your older spa. $249 just to arrive at your door (this fee is not applied to any repairs), in addition, it's $100 per every 30 mins they spend repairing your spa! We had a simple cracked conduit so had to go elsewhere for a respectable price. Sadly, they now don't support old spas well, beyond the warranty, where they once did. Thought buyers should beware! Price gouging at the max!!

Hi, I don't often write reviews about restaurants and companies. But I am VERY motivated to write about, The Hot Tub Store." I have primarily been working with Scott at the Folsom store. Whenever I make a large purchase, I do a lot of home work and check out all or most of the options available. I knew that Hot Springs was a great brand. But wasn't sure that I could afford one. I've dealt with a lot of sales people through the years and I found Scott to be the probably the best one I've had the pleasure to deal with yet! I went to so many different stores and brands. The most frustrating part of the search is that I kept getting contradictory and often incorrect information about Hot Tubs and Their Features. THat is SO INFURIATING! Scott was someone I came back to again and again and always got an honest answer that I could trust. Even when I said I didn't think I could afford a Hot Spring, he still offered to answer my questions and was so trustworthy. At the end of my search I found myself angered by most of the other hot tub places out there. I wanted to go with a Hot Spring but didn't think I could afford it! Scott worked with me and we found something within my budget and a good payment plan that made it possible. And when I needed chemicals from another store (West Sacramento), they stayed open later for me so that I could get my last items so I could fire up my tub for the first time! The staff there are amazing. The set up was flawless. When the Owners manual didn't arrive with the tub, I got two copies of it delivered the very next day! A-1 Customer service!! Thanks Hot Tub Store and Thanks to Scott and the Staff at the West Sacramento Store. I made the right choice and I recommend enthusiastically that YOU do the same! I got a Pace Model and it is sweet! :-)

Kihla Webber provided lots of information and guidance with the selection, purchase and installation of the hot tub, including an in- person tutorial on the start-up and maintenance of the water. She maintained a virtual connection with me when I had questions, was able to trouble shoot issues via cel phone. Her recommendation for the electrical connection was spot on, completed the same day of the tub’s delivery to my property. Have used the tub everyday and enjoyed the benefits of the salt system and the reliably soothing hot water delivered by a variety of jet sets?

Everything is fine up until you pay for your new hot tub. Once the bill has been paid and the tub has been delivered, the customer service is literally non-existent. The delivery team was great but I was suppose to get a call back about a question about the set up they couldn't answer. The call never came as promised. I then received an email to "rate" my experience. I gave them all 1 star except the delivery team, which was great. I immediately received a standard reply email that someone from the store would call me to "make things right." It's been three weeks and I am still waiting for ANY follow-up whatsoever. I do NOT recommend The Hot Tub Store. They only care about making a sale but once that has happened, they disappear.

I bought a Hot Spring from The Hot Tub Store. Great product but the customer service is horrible. Once they make the sale and get your money, the customer service is non-existent. I have been promised a call back on two different occasions but to no avail. Seems all the care about is making the sale but not making the customer happy post sale. I would not recommend The Hot Spa for your hot tub purchase if you value old fashioned customer service.

I was able to order a spa cover to replace one for a 20 plus year old spa. The hot tub store was able to match the exact model, the fit is perfect.

Salesman Mike Lady I have known for 23yrs he is the best the company has. He’s has so much knowledge on spas and chemicals to keep your spas working at it best, plus he’s just a great person.

I was shopping for a new hot tub and wanted to purchase one locally. I looked online and found the hot tub store. They have a very good web site and many hot tub options. Their showroom looked inviting and fully stocked. With that I made an appointment. My wife and I met with sales rep Cory Manafo. Cory was very knowledgeable and took his time with us as we had many questions on each hot tub, we were interested in. No sales pressure at all from Cory. Cory was with us every step of the way; he even came by our house (on his own time) to check on the specs for delivery. Bottom line we purchased a new Caldera (Seychelles) Spa. Cory helped up with the chemicals and new salt system set up. Probably would have not purchased without the support from Cory Manafo. He has already followed up with us a few times the first week. Do yourself a favor and purchase your new hut tub from the hot tub store in West Sacramento and ask to work with Cory Manafo!!! We love our new hot tub!

We have been into this site a few times, and we have been treated so well each time. We worked with Kahli, who helped us find a great hot tub, but she also made sure our kids were having fun while we were talking. Excellent customer service and a huge variety of hot tubs to see in person!

We'd been thinking about getting a hot tub ever since buying our house over 20 years ago. At the time my husband couldn't find one that had enough jets, or if he found one that was promising, the store wouldn't fill a floor model for him to test. So, we just used the one at our local athletic club. Covid closed the club and we never rejoined, so the idea of a hot tub of our own was back. My husband found one online that was small enough for our patio but there were no dealers in the state. One doesn't order a mail-order hot tub hoping one will be satisfied with it. We decided instead to visit local hot tub dealers, after checking websites to see what models would fit in our yard. The Hot Tub Store in West Sac is relatively close. Kihla greeted us as we walked in and showed us all the models that were small enough. She then offered to have a hot tub filled for a future visit to we could feel the jets. We came back the next week. The model ready for us was not the one we were considering but she explained which areas/seats were comparable. We held off purchasing because there was a bit of sticker shock from what the range of prices were 20 years ago. We would get periodic calls and emails from Kihla about floor models available, but those were not in the colors desired. Then, on my husband's birthday came a call with an offer that was appealing. They had a one day sale that included most of the extras at no additional cost. It took about seven weeks for the hot tub to be manufactured and delivered. The delivery crew unpacked and set up the hot tub exactly where we wanted it. They did offer to move it around should we not like that position, but it was perfect where it initially was placed. We were then encouraged to return to the store for an orientation. Kihla walked through all the steps to prepare the hot tub water before first use. We brought along a sample of our water to be tested so that she could tailor her instructions to our water quality. Our hot tub purchase came with a salt system kit. I thought it contained everything we needed, but of course not. We spent about $75 more for various chemicals and a charcoal water filter to attach to our hose as we filled the tub. Did we need them all? Maybe not, but we want a healthy, balanced tub. Overall we had a good experience purchasing a hot tub through The Hot Tub Store.
