Rude as hell, would never come here again and I should've read the reviews. I had my mask on and came here to exchange currency because I was confirmed to be able to do so as long as I have an account. The guy snapped immediately saying they don't do that here, then asked if I even had an account I said yes I do that's why I came here. Then he tried to ask with his voice raised all dramatic if I'm trying to buy foreign currency, why would I be trying to do something stupid like that? He acted like the reason he was talking to me like that was because he couldn't hear but I lowered my mask and he was still talking crazy to me. Talking about he couldn't hear me when he had a whole bottom grill in drooling while he talked but I could still hear him clearly. He told me it'd be another 5-6 mins to talk to someone else they all proceeded to take their time, just nasty as hell here. Edit: It was Fanar Almosleh that I spoke to, very disrespectful man

Tellers are really rude here they don't have any customer service experience at all, they throw your credit card & receipts, mumble hello and thank you. I only come here if I have to.

I am a Sacramento street woman. Yes. Homeless, but I have reliable income and I was looking for a safety deposit box to keep my passport and important documents safe since I'm on the street. US bank ran me through the wringer. Gave me a bazillion hoops to jump through. In the end I couldn't get anything at all and I wasted 4 hours. Thanks.

Went in the bank three weeks ago to open a new account and they took my ID and l my driver's license and they photography and copy everything.And two days later I couldn't put any more money in the bank or take any out if I use the card it gets declined went to the bank three times about this now going over 72 hours later nothing been done, very bad customers service tomorrow I will close my account please don't bank at Us Banks it's not for people of color!

Waked in today around 3:30pm to ask some questions on opening a checking / savings account. There was nobody in the bank lobby and 3 bank reps at their desk and one teller. I was told no one can help me without an appointment, again there is nobody in the bank. They couldn't take 10 min out of their day and answer some questions. If I'm getting this bad of customer service now, what is it going to be like if I opened an account? It just crazy to me how unhelpful people are these days. To look a potential new customer in the face and say they can not help you, I just don't get it. Where has good customer service gone these days.

Only place that set up an acct for me without an appt and only $25 to open an acct. BofA wanted $100 and chase wanted an appt later this week.

ATM was out of order. So I had to go in.They have horrible attitudes.I walked in the cashier is wearing gloves (completely fine don’t have a problem with that)but you have to sanitize or change them between customers; otherwise,you are contaminating everything you touch. She asked me for my bank card, so I asked her to change her gloves first. She had an attitude and made snarky remarks for the remainder of my transaction.
