My certified letter was last tracked at this location. It's been 6 days and there's been no update to the location or delivery status. The men and women of the United States Postal Service are generally terrible at their jobs, it seems. They lose, delay or mis-route my packages a lot.

I come to this post office almost every day for work and each experience has always been delightful! Raj, Natalie, Ken and Luke always take care of me! Great people!

Just giving the company what they deserve honestly it would be 0 if it let me. Customer service was terrible. I got there 10 minutes before close to pick up my LIVE ANIMAL THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THE MORNING PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL!!!! Just for them to tell me I’m “too late” and there’s nothing you can do for me. THEN they tried to blame it on me saying I should have gotten there earlier and they didn’t know anyone in the back to ask…. uhh what. Didn’t help the other employee doing nothing but watching put her 2¢ in saying “we close soon we can’t do anything”. Tracking number in hand ID with matching address and “they couldn’t do anything”. I asked if they could at least check on the well being of her and let me know since it’s been 2 days already and she was supposed to be here. NOPE! Couldn’t do anything I was too late to check and now I have to wait cause it’s a holiday. News flash… animals don’t care about holidays. Good thing I have a good and reliable breeder and I know she’s okay with food and water…. Do better and get better employees

I’ve always found the clerks to helpful and professional. It’s a tough job and they are woefully underpaid and under appreciated.

Worst post office ever got a package stuck there for few days and can’t get a hold of anyone apparently from all the reviews this post office is know to loosing packages or delivering late .

This is the 2nd package in the last couple months that arrived to Sacramento (1 hour from me) where they then shipped it off to the mid west (as of yet). I wonder how far East it will be going.

The postal workers here routinely choose to falsely claim they attempt to deliver packages when they do not. I have things delivered to my business which is open seven days a week. Anytime a delivery is scheduled for a Saturday, they LIE and claim they try to deliver when they drive right on by. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Sent a box of peaches to my grandchildren on August 2 using priority express one day delivery. Was supposed to arrive on August 3 and here it is August 8 and it still says they’re at the Sacramento distribution center. And nobody can tell me any other information except for it arrived August 2. I can’t believe there’s not a way to get a hold of that center to see if the package is still even there. So obviously the package is lost. I will not use the USPS ever again For shipping packages.

I like this small USPS location. Great supply of stamps and shipping materials. Staff are fast, efficient and friendly. My wait time have always been short!

My package was lost on 6/7, and it's impossible to get a hold of someone. Worst experience ever. I'd leave a negative 1 if possible.

A very nice post office and friendly staff. I have always been given excellent service. The wait-times are low and the facility is clean.
