This distribution center is west sacramento has a major issue and a problem. I've shipped for 10 years and in the last year the usps has collapsed. This center need a major change as the problem for sacramento residents is this hub as continues to lose or dely packages. This will be my 7th lost and unlnow delivery date package in 2 months. After today I will no longer use the USPS.

While I think they need to update the GPS coordinates provided to you in the email sent (took me to the back of their building), the service here is really good and quick!

They lost my first package and make it almost impossible to get help or get a refund been 60 plus days since the package was shipped…
I Order the same thing again ! And it’s stuck in transit in the same warehouse as my first package. what in gods names is going on in the warehouse

Ummm why is my package in Redding when I live in Sacramento? It was at this facility 5/19 and then Redding 5/20, it is 5/21 no further scans. Tell how that makes sense to send a package less than a pound all the way to Redding for a final delivery destination in Sacramento? So I’m assuming this place miss loaded it to the wrong trailer and now that it’s in Redding they are waiting to fill the trailer to 100% before sending it back to Sacramento… Feels like Profit over Service. I hope it delivers tomorrow like it promised. Package been on the road since 5/14 so at this pace I have no faith it’s going to deliver… very disappointed my gift is going to be too late again… because no agent is available it won’t even let me chat with anyone to sort it out. SMH...

My package is lost somewhere in this facility. I’ve done everything I could possibly do from filing claims, to contacting consumer affairs and no one has found my package. It is over a $200 item and I just feel like I wanna go there and look for it myself because no one seems Be doing their jobs. I did a package interception. I filed claims. Still nothing. They all seem to be concerned, but no help.

This place need to be investigated and shut down. I had items of high value that were sent to this facility, and it was stuck here for a few days without any updates or alerts on my USPS account and then it proceeds to be shipped. When the i package is received The box was tampered with, and the high value items were stolen. This is highly unethical, I am beyond furious, and something needs to be done about this immediately!

I went to this Post Office to mail a package for a business client, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I like this place because they have a drop box where you can just drop and go. I don't have to wait in line. Now this is for regular mail because I drop off employees checks often. Every employee I've ever interacted with was really kind. Thanks post office. Gone on.
