A woman who works at Walgreens was absolutely rude and needs to learn how to properly talk to customers. My 94 year old grandfather had to use the restroom and has a hard time holding it. When I asked where the bathroom was she responds "we don't have a public bathroom." When I pleaded with her for my grandfather she continues to repeat herself we don't have a public bathroom multiple times. She should have at least had some sympathy and at least apologize for the inconvenience. Some people really have a special place waiting for them. Walgreens should really look at there employees as it reflects their company.

I give myself one star for stupidly filling a new prescription here which I later found out was wildly overpriced. Walgreens list price was over $400, and the Good RX app listed it at $84 with discounts to between $20-28 at several pharmacies including Walgreens. But Walgreens charged me $84 and refused to investigate if they had made a mistake.I'm an idiot for asking Walgreens to help, they do not entertain refunds or adjustments. Lost: one customer for good.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely repulsive. The middle eastern lady who is normally at the register is very racist and extremely rude. It’s sad how each employee interacts with customers, Always very judgmental and unprofessional. (Especially the middle eastern lady). This entire stores employees need a weekly class at the least, Regarding customer service, professionalism and most importantly discrimination.

The lady on the register totally tried to rip me off! There was already something rung up before I went to check out and she argued with me when I asked her to remove the extra item.. she probably does this often some sort of inventory scam or taking things for herself

Wow. What terrible management at this location. The manager was just the worst person I’ve dealt with ever. Literally didn’t listen to me or my problem. It was an easy fix and he wouldn’t have even bother to hear me out. Demeaning me the second he stepped over. He stated he’s been working here for a long time he knows what he’s doing. Yet he was so wrong. Take the initiative to learn your system before you start accusing customers of not knowing what they’re doing. I will be reaching out to corporate since this person did nothing but waste my time. When the solution was so simple.

Went there in to buy some snacks and OTC first aids on our way as well as really needed to use bathroom so we headed first for the rest room. Restroom was obviously for public or atleast for customers because there are signs and directions and no “Employee only”sign. My son noticed passcode is required (just like in most places), an employee there noticed we needed to use the restroom and said they are not for public. I asked even for customers who stuffs here and still said a big no. I don’t know if we looked like some sort of illegal immigrants or thieves but that guy simply discriminated us. That guy should simply get fired. Walgreens, either have a good employee hire selection or train your employee some ethics.

Super slow, prescriptions were not ready when they said they would be. They said 1/2 hour, took them over 3 hours for a small order.

No one is answering the phone, the phone is obviously picked up by someone but will immediately place the call on hold or will transfer back to the que! How incompetent!

Don’t make appointments there for vaccines!!! You will waste your time! Pharmacy is really bad in scheduling appointments. Appointment was cancel without a message send. I won’t even go to this pharmacy anymore and I will tell friends that this location is really bad for customer service.

This is the closest Walgreens to me and during the pandemic it was where I went for all my COVID shots. I just recently went back for the latest booster and a flu shot. The location has a good sized parking lot, but the building seems older, the floors look scuffed up and it's not as bright and new as some stores I've been to. As I mentioned, I usually come here for the pharmacy and each time I've been they seem really busy, not always with a line of people, but filling prescriptions, balancing calls, drive-ups and people in line and it can be a bit slow. For my latest booster I made an easy appointment online and showed up about ten minutes early. After I checked in I sat off to the side for a while while they helped some other customers and prepped my shots. As I was waiting I watched the staff hustle to help people as well as some confusion. One older man came saying he had received a call that he had a prescription ready but none was there to pick up. He walked away annoyed. The person who administered my shots was really nice and we made some small talk on top of the regular questions. It was quick and (almost) painless. I grabbed a few items on my way out and while I was in line there was confusion with another customer about the cologne case and the staff member said the key was missing. After that customer left and I was being checked out, another staff member came up looking for the man saying the key was at the register, but he had already been sent on his way. While I personally haven't had issues here, other than some long waits (even with an appointment). I have seen a lot of small interactions with confusion showing from the staff and customers.
