“Picture this: you ordered some nice true religion jeans on line and you are dying to get them. But then, they finally are delivered and you aren't home to sign for the package. Hold on, it's ok though because you can pick up your UPS package at this Poplar Food & Lquor that's open until the evening. I'm not pulling your leg on this one, its true. Apparently, UPS will leave you a missed u notice with this location for pick up. You just need your I.D. for pick up and it really is convenient. The rating is purely on the service and convenience of it. The store itself isn't a place I would normally stop to pick up some cold ones.”

“Today I went in to make an emergency wire transfer. Ben was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding about the urgency of my transfer. He doubled checked everything and sent the wire through, and wouldn't you know it, the transfer went through within seconds! Ben made my day!”
“My mother had an issue with an unauthorized charged and were frustrated in dealing with the people who charged us.
But the branch manager Muhammad was very helpful at trying to find a solution and reassuring us we can still resolve this.

“AMAZING SERVICE! When we came in, there weren't too many people there. Bo made sure to greet us, and she was a bundle of joy! Later, Naomi and Loren patiently walked us through the steps on creating a Debit and Credit account. They where all so amazing, and they even offered us water and cookies too! They're service is top notch! Wasn't expecting it to be this easy. When we left we where so surprised on how happy and kind everybody was! Thank you so much Naomi, Bo, and Loren! We where very pleased by our visit, and we can't wait to come back!”

“When I first opened my account, I went on L Street. The woman who assisted me the time, was a nice person and professional. Their tellers…I would fire every damn one of them. They were rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and lacked social skills. Why are those people employed? Makes zero sense to me! If you cannot be your best self when assisting customers, then resign!
I started going to the Golden 1 on J Street. The bank has very nice employees and is indeed professional.”
