One teller, three people doing ?? One telling us the other teller is on break... Wait , wait, wait , oh, I can see a banker for my issue! GREAT ! Yes!!! He took my info , gave me his card, said he'd call me the next day, or I could call him when I did my part with the other bank... I called him three times no answer, emailed also... crickets....They close in 38 minutes. Big box bank I have been with for DECADES- time to jump ship? My money is important and service is everything. Maybe he had an emergency ? Who knows. I may edit this review tomorrow...Well, another day has passed ... Charles Schwab. Here I come!

It's literally two mangers helping 2 tellers the lines out there door, they won't even look up or make eye contact because they don't want to open another window, this is so dumb.they need to be fired, it took 3 people to use a money counter then they all went to the back for like what7 mins .I'm for sure calling the head of this branch this is unexceptional, when they seen me making my yelp one of them came out to apologize to the whole line for the wait.

Absolutely zero sense of urgency for the customers waiting in line. 5 people behind the window and 4 just stare at you. Literally the worst branch.

This is located inside the Raley's. It is a full service bank, not just an ATM. It is also the closest WF near work and I manage our corporate accounts. I visit about once a month to pay some Credit cards and misc. business. Everyone is usually very nice. They offer water to waiting customers and try to greet. The biggest gripe is that they take SO long and not short staffed. Longer than you would think necessary for general transactions. Fine, but you should also be able to count to ten. There are a lot of young (twenty-somethings) and I notice that they usually cannot count change without the use of a computer. Gal gave me twice to too much. I gave her a roll of quarters and two rolls of pennies. She gave me $21 when it should be $11. I corrected her and she says, "I thought that at first." She recounts and almost gives me $21 again in frustration but catches herself. Wow, I mean Wow! While going through all this, heard a lady waiting in the lobby have to finally speak up after waiting with no help. The two bankers were chit-chatting amongst themeselves. After awhile she says, "Are one of you a banker?" They said, "Oh you need one? We'll be with you in a moment." and made her wait longer. I don't care if its about business, you address the poor woman you ignored in the first place. So while friendly, not the best service. Watch your stuff for accuracy!

I would not recommend this Wells Fargo branch to anyone. A month ago, I went in to do a currency exchange (Australian dollars to US dollars). Despite informing the teller that I had Australian dollars, she mistook it for Canadian dollars. Oh, and did I mention that my friend from Australia was there talking to the teller directly next to her about how he just flew in from AUSTRALIA. I did not find out about this teller's mistake until a month later when over 150 dollars were withdrawn from my account as a "bank originated debit". I had to call customer service and go to the branch where a banker had to make numerous calls to other Wells Fargo officials to try and determine what this charge was for. Because the teller failed to distinguish one currency from another, the branch withdrew the difference from my account with no warning or explanation. The banker I met with, Rosa, informed me that the only way to get any reimbursement was through her manager and that it was up to her discretion to offer a reimbursement. I spoke with the manager, Sonia, who ultimately said that I couldn't get a reimbursement because it wasn't my money to begin with. She admitted their wrongdoing but the best she could do was escalate it to resolutions. When questioned about their training procedures, she defended their practices and didn't seem to think changes need to be made. As long as this management is in place that doesn't take a hint from the numerous yelp reviews calling for better training, I would highly suggest visiting a different branch. The only good thing about this branch is Rosa, because she did everything in her power to try and find a resolution for a low income individual who was suddenly stripped of funds without rhyme or reason.

Worst bank ever if you want to stand in line for one person. 10 people in line and one teller. I guess no one wants to work here because it's too busy.

teller was super rude, doesn't kill you to smile at people. wish I would of gotten his name so he can get properly trained. I understand that he can see access to my account but sometimes I just want to put my amount that I want to take out on the pin pad instead of telling them, seeing as my atm limit is 300$ but dude said what I was pulling out loud like really loud, super rude really ruined my experiences with Wells Fargo, I might be overreacting considering the fact that I moved a big chunk of my money into my chase account after the incident,

Total lack of understanding and training in customer service. First words out of their mouths, "DID YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT".

If I could give it zero stars I would... Definitely the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service! I have left the branch twice due to them not being able to help me with my transaction and have gone to a different branch and they have helped me out just fine. I don't know what it is with this particular branch but I have been with WF for 7+ years and have never had an issue until I walked into this location.

I have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Every Friday and Monday they load the atm at this location in the earlymorning. Why not load it on a Wednesday or a Thursday when no one needs cash in the morning. Most of all why do you need to load it two days after you did? Furthermore the guard who was diddling his f****** a****** making sure no one gets to use the atm was doing nothing and was extremely rude I will be switching banks as soon as I can.

Definety not a "people" friendly experience. I was basically directed to sit down and wait over an hour while 3 bankers on staff proceeded to help other people as slowly as human possible. I have a 45 minute lunch break and I couldn't even get seen. As a long standing Wells Fargo customer I am highly disappointed with your untimely manner of dealing with your customers.

Been waiting for about 45mins to meet a banker to print 2 pages of official documents that I can't get online.. other workers walking around not doing much.. maybe if these guys get minimum wage I wouldn't complain..

Nice location, newly remodeled. Credit issuing policy is HoRRIBLE!!! No personal review of applicants, policy "determines" everything! They dont take into account any circumstances why a person has blemishes on credit history. Regular banking is straight forward and staff is friendly.

I'm not sure about all the negative reviews. G'ma has been doing business with them 40*+ years. Always respectful. Lines long during lunch and pay days...if you expect fast service at high peak times....direct deposit or wait!!! You are not an entitled person.
