A woman who works at Walgreens was absolutely rude and needs to learn how to properly talk to customers. My 94 year old grandfather had to use the restroom and has a hard time holding it. When I asked where the bathroom was she responds "we don't have a public bathroom." When I pleaded with her for my grandfather she continues to repeat herself we don't have a public bathroom multiple times. She should have at least had some sympathy and at least apologize for the inconvenience. Some people really have a special place waiting for them. Walgreens should really look at there employees as it reflects their company.

I give myself one star for stupidly filling a new prescription here which I later found out was wildly overpriced. Walgreens list price was over $400, and the Good RX app listed it at $84 with discounts to between $20-28 at several pharmacies including Walgreens. But Walgreens charged me $84 and refused to investigate if they had made a mistake. I'm an idiot for asking Walgreens to help, they do not entertain refunds or adjustments. Lost: one customer for good.

This is the closest Walgreens to me and during the pandemic it was where I went for all my COVID shots. I just recently went back for the latest booster and a flu shot. The location has a good sized parking lot, but the building seems older, the floors look scuffed up and it's not as bright and new as some stores I've been to. As I mentioned, I usually come here for the pharmacy and each time I've been they seem really busy, not always with a line of people, but filling prescriptions, balancing calls, drive-ups and people in line and it can be a bit slow. For my latest booster I made an easy appointment online and showed up about ten minutes early. After I checked in I sat off to the side for a while while they helped some other customers and prepped my shots. As I was waiting I watched the staff hustle to help people as well as some confusion. One older man came saying he had received a call that he had a prescription ready but none was there to pick up. He walked away annoyed. The person who administered my shots was really nice and we made some small talk on top of the regular questions. It was quick and (almost) painless. I grabbed a few items on my way out and while I was in line there was confusion with another customer about the cologne case and the staff member said the key was missing. After that customer left and I was being checked out, another staff member came up looking for the man saying the key was at the register, but he had already been sent on his way. While I personally haven't had issues here, other than some long waits (even with an appointment). I have seen a lot of small interactions with confusion showing from the staff and customers.

They never have my kids prescription on file, they always say " there is none prescription for him" "we don't have any prescription at this moment for them" is a total joke. Every time I need to call the clinic and they are completely positive that my prescription were sent at the end of my kids appointment. Its just this Pharmacy staff. The worst

They are a complete hot mess! Back in December 2021 i went TWO times to get my medicine, 1st time the drive thru line was god awful long and i was like "okay that's okay it's understandable because of Omicron variant was at its peak" but i just pulled out and left because i of course had things to do! Second time still the same, so i parked and went inside, and it was the same - long long line at the pharmacy that was hardly moving. Again, i left January 2022 came i went to get the same medication, the line was again soooo long in drive thru, i was persistent this time to wait because i really really needs my meds. I kid you not i waited for an entire whole hour from & i finally got to the window and the guy there was like "oh yeah we can't help you now because we need to start our 30 minute lunch" i told him "i came THREE times and now i was waiting for an entire hour. Is there anyway you guys can switch lunches between each other?" He started giving me a lovely nice lecture about CA labor laws (which is actually part of what i do for a living) - anyways, i let him know that I'm aware of the laws, but I'm also aware that the shifts should've been managed a tad better maybe? And maybe if there are only two, then one takes an earlier break and comes back to cover, etc... he said "well we have to to start our lunch" Okay wellppp i had to leave again because i actually ache from sitting for so long (long story short: disability of autoimmune disease) I had to pull a Karen and call and file a complaint. Lady was lovely on the phone, quick, friendly and professional - she said someone will definitely call me within 2-3 business days maximum 5 business days to follow up on my complain. That didn't happen! 4th time - my fiancé went another day and after waiting for 45 minutes he finally got my medicines that I've been trying to get from this pharmacy for a whole MONTH if not even more actually! Whoever the DM is and whoever this SM please do us a favor and either train your employees on how to run proper shifts, or how to be more efficient, how to me professional yet friendly, and honestly the list of suggested trainings is so long for this branch is too long to mention. Just please do something about this mess because nobody has to ever struggle to get their meds

Came here to get my booster shot and there was a sign saying "Due to short staff the pharmacy closed at 2:00". I would have been nice if a call, text or email would have been sent to notify the people that actually had a scheduled appointment.

All of a sudden this is my go to photo place. They had a 40% off deal on all photos over the holidays. I ordered a ton. They also had a deal for phots, if you order over 75, you get pictures for 12 cents each. A penny more then Costco, but they also do same day. You choose your timeline. I usually go with costco, but they don't do same day and there is a huge wait during the holidays. The quality is great and I will be back soon as I need more same day jobs. The best deal I got was a spiral photo book, not one of those crafty things, just photos put together in a book Iike form with a spiral spine. I highly suggest this item for friends or family you want to give them multiple prints. I used it to share wedding photos with all the parents. I was impressed, I went today around 9am and someone was in photo just waiting to help me. I thought I'd have to wait forever to get assistance. This was the same way the other day when I picked up an order. I highly recommend there photo department. They are fabulous.

I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for a Covid booster vaccine and the store called and cancelled my appointment on the day of due to they ran out of vaccine doses. I understand that is out of their hands but how they handled the situation was terrible and very non-customer friendly. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment to when they will have doses again and they refused, they said I had to go on the Walgreens website and make another appointment. Well of course if I go on the website now it will be another couple weeks before there is available appointments again, so I go in back of the line. And they were very rude when I asked them (in a calm manner) why they can't put those of us who got cancelled on a list or something or give us priority when they have stock again. And when I go on MyTurn.gov appointments in my county are a month out for the Pfizer booster. I know everyone who was scheduled today was in the same boat and they are probably getting a lot of calls but they need a better system to deal with this situation and there is no need to be rude to the customers.

The Store manager Chris is being dismissive and apparently racist. He ignores when his African American employees are attacked by customers, he allows non black employees to verbally attack black employees and hide the completed complaint forms to prevent the abusive employees from being fired, he brags about his father Being a former KKK member during work hours; which is offensive, he's extremely unprofessional and behaves like he's on a power trip. Many many employees have quit due to his actions and behavior. He gossips with other employees about another employee, and constantly is heard making uninvited and unethical comments towards people. He needs to go!!! And no, I am not a current nor former employee. I am a frequent customer that continuously see this behavior during the day. I'm giving a 2 Star rating due to the Store manager and the spoiled employees. Much respect and love to Monique, Johnny, Joe, UKia, Marta, Genesis, and Jasmine. Your customer service and care will not go unnoticed.

Had a flu shot appointment, got there 10 minutes ahead of time, wasn't told until I asked that was a 45 minute wait. Someone get these people a dictionary that has the word appointment in it.

This store refuses to answer the phone. It is impossible to refill a prescription when the pharmacy can not even answer the phone. I'm moving my business to someone who can answer a telephone. It is 2021, time to answer the phone Walgreens, too late I took my business elsewhere...

Don't count on being able to place an order for curbside pickup if you want your items Their incompetence is staggering. They notify you that item is out of stock but it's sitting on shelf and they won't fulfill even when you take item to the counter. Try different location. To bad Walgreens is lacking in basic training. The Assistant manager was unable to think on his own and fulfill a simple customer request. He was also very rude and demeaning to his employee Ukiah.

Severely understaffed and unable to keep up with the demand. It's taken over 24 hours to fill 2 basic prescriptions which I need to help me breathe. I tried calling and was told there were 15 people on hold ahead of me.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went to get COVID testing, *with an appointment*, which already had to be made three days in advance because that was the soonest availability, and had an appointment made for 4:30 PM. They took anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes per person just to give them and take back their swabs. We waited for two hours. By near 6:30, we get up to the window, only to be told that they were closed and couldn't accept any more people and they "should be able" to give us a test if we come back tomorrow. Unacceptable, figure out your program or don't offer it at all. I hope no one dies by exposure from someone who couldn't get tested in time for an accurate result here.

I have used Walgreens for all of my pharmacy needs for 30 plus years and I'm a type 1 diabetic from the time I was young. I set up an online appointment to come get a flu shot which I get at Walgreens every year. As a type 1 diabetic, it's extremely important that I get that my flu shot each year. So I set up an appointment online so that I wouldn't have to wait once I got there. When I arrived at the Walgreens pharmacy at my appointment time, they were closed for lunch for another 45 minutes. I let the manage nicely know that they need to fix this glitch so that they don't alot times online for appointments when they are closed for lunch. I went back to work and when I got off I rushed over to Walgreens because they close at 6:00 p.m. on sundays. When I got to the pharmacy their pull down door was half closed already although it was 12 minutes to 6:00 p.m. The woman working at the counter told me with "attitude" that they will not give me a flu shot because it's 2 minutes to 6:00 p.m. and they're closing. She then looked at the pharmacist to ask him and he agreed with her. She acted like she couldn't believe I expected them to give me the shot! I had to get several other items at the store which I did and stood in line waiting to make my purchase. That receipt was time stamped 5:53 p.m. I was furious! I had been to the store twice in one day trying to get my flu shot. They advertise flu shots all over print advertising and Internet advertising and even the big sign outside their store but because they wanted to close and it was apparently inconvenient for them they sent me away! I wouldn't even rate them one star if I could because their customer service was absolutely appalling. I did complain to a different store manager who said he will speak with the normal store manager and see what they can do for me. He didn't ask my name or who I was or what they could actually do for me and after I left the store and got home I called back to give him my contact information. At this point I think I'm going to switch all of my medications to a different pharmacy from now on.... I've had it!
