Now I understand why such a low rating. Well here is my tip for improvement...ACT like you appreciate your customers. Try answering your pharmacy phone once in a while. I just called 3 times and had to listen to the store robot every time. Either do your job well or take a hike. Support staff sucks!

This is a super slow, not caring crew of employees. Just like every other Rite Aide I've ever been to. It's obvious that nobody wants to be here getting paid minimum wage when they can be at home milking the govt and making 3 times as much as they would if they were actually working. Can't blame them but also Hey Rite Aide why don't you just file for bankruptcy and save us shoppers a HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!

Unfortunately this is possibly the worst pharmacy, ever. I have never, ever had a smooth transaction here. My coworker has problems here every time. Standing in line I've watched half the people in front of me fighting with the person behind the counter. This is a horrible place where prescriptions go to die. He's my advice and use a different pharmacy.

Review for their pharmacy: My husband and I scheduled a flu shot at 5:20 pm a few days in advance through their website. We got there 15 mins early today and waited for 5 mins in line since the person in front of us was taking awhile. We saw the pharmacist walk out and assumed he was going on a short break since he took off his coat. When we told the lady at the counter that we needed our shot, she told us that the pharmacist went to lunch. We even informed her that we had our appointments and he literally just went outside but she pretty much told us that we had to come back an hour later and didn't try working it out with us. It's ridiculous that they couldn't coordinate with each other. I understand the pharmacist deserves his lunch but you would think he would check his appointments first or come back since he literally just walked out. What's the point of taking appointment times if you weren't even going to honor them.... We ended up trying Walgreens across the street but there was an 1.5 hour wait. Instead, we called CVS pharmacy in Target and they said the wait was about 10 mins which ended up being 20 mins but it was decent since we were walking in.

I hate going to this rite aid first you get asked for money going in and coming out. Then you have to go around at least one person laying on the sidewalk outside, but today we were in the area and decided to stop in and get some ice cream, beer and other products. They no longer offer shopping carts so you must carry everything. I have a disability and not supposed to carry anything over 10 pounds. My husband was with me so he carried the beer. We get up to the register and was told they needed both our IDs. He left his at home, when I explained my problem I was told oh well that's not my problem and was refused service. Will I be going back to that rite aid hell no.

Let's just say I feared for my safety from the moment I walked in. The only reason I came to this location was only to pick up my Amazon package from the Amazon locker in the back near the pharmacy - otherwise I would not shop at this store mainly because of the location. As I walked in, apparently there was someone trying to shoplift alcohol. It was a debacle and the workers were not good at hiding what's going on. Outside in the parking lot you have hoodlums with the getaway car. All around an unsafe store where I felt the workers weren't really doing much. The light at the end of the tunnel was one worker who offered to help me locate the items I needed so that I can get the heck out of the store quickly! My cashier could have worked a little quicker instead she was more interested in the shoplifter to even make eye contact with me. Lol. Total joke. I will NOT be returning to this location. My new Amazon locker pick up will be elsewhere.

bad experience, I only go here when I cant fund staff in other stores that are similar. I paid with a rite aide and both 2 items, my pet needed unfortunaly and sadly she die the same day. i went today and the assist manager asked why i did not have the receipt I explained that my pet died. he only wanted to give me at a very low price a gift card. my heart is broke with my pet gone, but the no care and heartless people also hurts during this time. I juts want the money back to pay for her services, all the prices are higher than in Target and Walgreens, I do have my bank statement with the purchases

Very rude employees. We came to the bathroom before no big deal but today when I went in to get the key they said they had lost it or couldn't find it so the very nice taller Hispanic gentleman gave me his keys and allowed me to go use the bathroom and I returned them when I was done. Later on in the day I went to use the bathroom there was the assistant manager Reagan and a shorter Hispanic lady at the front desk with short hair and I came to the front and the man responded "what"? to me so I asked him if I could use the bathroom key and he told me they didn't have it and it was lost. So I asked if they could please take me back to the restroom and let me in and the Hispanic woman relief and said "we're busy" and then Reagan also replied "can't you see I'm pretty busy right now" as he was counting the tills so I asked him if I could please use their key and go back there myself to use the restroom because the gentleman earlier allowed me to use the bathroom and they said "well he is not here so no". I found that very disrespectful and dishonest. I understand that they might have been busy but the response was so rude and they could have easily handed me their key to there restroom like the kind gentleman who I dealt with earlier did. Very poor customer service and of course they decide to act like that while their manager was not around. That was a super upsetting experience for me because that is the nearest restroom to us and we also purchase things there daily so I found it odd that they treated us that way. We were also under the impression that we could use that bathroom so that made it even more upsetting. Won't be going back to purchase or use the restroom at that rite aid and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to that rite aid either. 11.27.19
