“came in to get my oil changed, and a tech inspection revealed my brake pads were shot and needed to be replaced. I believed i had replaced them within the previous 2 years but didnt have records so approved the estimate with some reservations. an hour later i got a call from their team saying the pads were actually just dirty and were fine so they didn't need to be replaced. I would have just paid and been a bit annoyed but they went out of their way to get me exactly what i needed. customer for life now.”

“It was such a hot day and I’m sure they were working hard and sweating, but they were still smiling, friendly, and patient the entire time. That honestly made me want to take the time to leave them a review.
I came in for an oil change, brake light replacement, and battery change and had a great experience. Everyone was very kind, explained everything clearly, and was much more thorough than other shops I’ve been to. They were also extremely thorough. They checked everything carefully, filled up all of my tires, and even went underneath the car to inspect the tires and make sure everything was secure. I could feel them tightening something around the wheels, and I honestly had no idea what they were doing at the time. I asked ChatGPT afterward and apparently they were checking and tightening the lug nuts to make sure everything was properly secured. They were also calling out numbers to each other while checking different things, which made it very clear that they were following a detailed process rather than just rushing through the service.
I had downloaded a coupon beforehand, but they actually found and applied a better one for me. I also compared the battery price with AutoZone afterward. It wasn’t the exact same battery, but the price difference was pretty small considering installation and service were included.
There seemed to be other customers waiting behind me, but they never rushed me or anyone else. They still took their time and checked everything carefully, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommend!
