“We drove here from San Fernando Valley to meet with Debbie to open a business checking and savings account. The Lake Balboa branch had no open appointments. Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. We will definitely be recommending her and Chase to family, friends, colleagues, and other business associates. We love her!!”

The branch manager Mariam is so knowledgeable, friendly with a smiling face, and polite, and she always takes her time to explain everything to me, in regards to a wire transfer, opening a merchant account, making payments online, or a line of credit.
