“I had an issue with my credit card and scheduled an appointment through the Bank of America app, but for some reason it never went through. Even though I wasn’t on the schedule, the branch manager found a way to accommodate me, and Alcides Vasquez-Estrada patiently helped resolve all of my issues within about 15 minutes. Excellent customer service, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This is the kind of branch and the kind of people you hope to find when you need assistance. Highly recommended.”
“This review is based on a long -term banking relationship with CNB, though not often at the Westlake Village branch. Most recently, and for the last ten years, have had the pleasure of doing business at the Summerlin, Las Vegas office, and found everyone helpful and very personable. My only complaint, and I was half joking, was that the branch office was sooooo... quiet! Needed music of any type. They did eventually make that change, though I'm sure not because of my comment:-))) My recent relocation will now bring me again to the Westlake Village branch, and I look forward to getting to know the people there.”

“We drove here from San Fernando Valley to meet with Debbie to open a business checking and savings account. The Lake Balboa branch had no open appointments. Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. We will definitely be recommending her and Chase to family, friends, colleagues, and other business associates. We love her!!”

“I came in needing banking assistance, although I am currently not a First Bank member. I encountered Dana LaPierre. Though she did not immediately know I was not a member, she was more than willing to go out of her way to assist me. Lynette, the virtual banker was Also equally kind and accommodating. Dana said if there is anything she could do to try to help, she would be willing. And I believe her as I experienced it. If I lived in this area, I would highly consider changing banks to work with such kind and attentive people. I recommend that you do!”

Both were absolutely professional, attentive, accommodating, and always available for my questions and requests at nearly all hours of the day. They worked so hard to help me get a 2nd loan on my property in this current market where no one would allow it. The entire loan experience with them has been nothing but a pleasure. “Our company has used Leaders Merchants for many years. We no longer have clients pay for services with cards and discontinued my account with them today. It took over an hour and I had to jump through a number of hoops and finally completed the task. Steven in Guatemala helped me patiently for the entire time, even during some of my breakdowns. My husband died recently and I find myself operating at only fifty percent. Bravo to this lovely young man way down in another continent. LOVE HIM!”
