“The reason I am giving this branch a 5 star review is not because of the bank tellers themselves. They need some more training, but one banker named Cooper has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and figured everything out for me efficiently and professionally. I appreciate his eagerness to actually help the customer with whatever the problem may be.”

Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. Both were absolutely professional, attentive, accommodating, and always available for my questions and requests at nearly all hours of the day. They worked so hard to help me get a 2nd loan on my property in this current market where no one would allow it. The entire loan experience with them has been nothing but a pleasure. “I've been a client of One West Bank for a year now and I've been extremely satisfied with my decision to bank here. I moved over from Wells and I must say the "small town" feel you get here is something else. I'm always greeted with a smile and warm hello's when I walk in and there's hardly ever a line. This bank has great debit card accounts for younger folk as the fees are waived if you sign up for online banking. 10/10 would recommend. Stop in next time and see what they are all about!”

“Love the location, love the people. Have several accounts here. Hours are excellent; easy parking. Always greeted with smiling faces. Diana Galvez, the Branch Relationship Manager, has been incredible with helping me with a small, technical issue that no one else could seem to solve. And I'll usually go straight to Melisa at the teller window for my transactions. The best! And be sure to snag one of the lollipops at the reception desk on your way out!”
