“I highly recommend the exceptional service from my dog groomer, Aurora, at PetSmart in Westlake Village. Her loving care was so appreciated when she remembered my puppy Shelby’s birthday with a bag full of treats, hair bows, and Shelby’s favorite toy, Lamb Chop.
While we waited, we watched Aurora carefully working on another customer’s dog, creating a beautiful and precise haircut with incredible attention to detail. Aurora provides high-quality grooming and truly goes beyond grooming. She genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she works with.
We can’t wait for our next appointment for Shelby’s feet trim and paw pad grooming on my long-haired Shih Tzu. Aurora is the only groomer in Westlake Village I would trust with her hair.

“Friendly shop. Have a small family type pet store in town. I guess it's been here a while and never know about it. I have a great variety of snacks for your dog as well as a variety idea of food.”
“I came in looking for a specific brand of dry food for my cats. They didn't have it, but the service was exceptional nonetheless.
The shop is large, clean, and stocked with many brands of food and toys. Food is in the name, but they carry a variety of pet supplies, of course.
I was impressed that the employee who I talked to, after realizing they didn't have my brand, suggested a few other options locally which might carry it. They respect that cats are particular, and rather than pushing something they carried, truly just helped me find what was best for my kitties. That's worth more than any product.”

In 2023, I bought my English cream retriever and again was recommended NuVet supplements. I also give them to my rescues. “This is a great pet store. They had bird food for my daughter's bird cheaper than Petco. Plus, I bought a big bag of all natural dog bones for $7.99 that would have cost me $20.00 easily anywhere else.”
“They have A LOT of items there just not what I seem to need at times. They are convenient and cheaper than petsmart and petco. They have friendly employees. They should have more vet clinics, vaccination clinics, maybe a vet there for discounted vet fees twice a month to serve the community and help the lower income families afford vet care so they keep their pets instead of surrendering them when they have health issues or needed medical procedures. I dont see any other pet orientated place of business doing that locally.”

“The store manager Jeff is an amazing friendly guy. Has a lot of knowledge about all kinds of pets. Can recommend food for pups, older dogs and cats. They carry all kinds of toys and treats. They have a great store kitty fun and very healthy for an older cat Mr Wilson. They will carry your food to the car if needed. They also have a teeth cleaning person to keep there teeth healthy. All 4 of the Healthy Pet stores are great stores. Helpful friendly good group of people.”
“I have been using Agoura feed for years and am super happy with their service. I love that they are a small business that used to be run by no one better than Mom. Tony, the current owner and son, is professional, kind and caring. The two guys that work for him regularly delivering hay also reflect the same qualities. Recently, I needed some extra help because of the rain and Tony went above and beyond to make my life easier and help me with my animals needs so they could be more comfortable. I am super grateful for his help and his wonderful feed store. He always has what I need.”
“We just adopted our first rescue dog from ARV Simi Valley and it couldn't have gone better! We have a wonderful, adult dog who was rescued from a box next to a dumpster. Luckily, ARV found the most wonderful foster mother for this little one. Her love and care was so evident. This organization is well organized, purposeful, caring, and compassionate. Staci was so efficient in everything involved with the adoption, including the follow-up days after. You never realize there are so many details involved in the adoption process, but they were handled well and we had a great experience. “Absolutely loved this place and how they helped me so much when it came to questions about puppies and their habits and they don't even make you feel bad when you have to get a muzzle, as if you fail them but let me say, they also have dog training classes here and it's so convenient because you have your pet supply also here. The important part is, they also don't badmouth other pet supply stores because you feel like there is a community with all of them. They have a shared goal and that is, the love of animals with the employees”
