“I highly recommend the exceptional service from my dog groomer, Aurora, at PetSmart in Westlake Village. Her loving care was so appreciated when she remembered my puppy Shelby’s birthday with a bag full of treats, hair bows, and Shelby’s favorite toy, Lamb Chop.
While we waited, we watched Aurora carefully working on another customer’s dog, creating a beautiful and precise haircut with incredible attention to detail. Aurora provides high-quality grooming and truly goes beyond grooming. She genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she works with.
We can’t wait for our next appointment for Shelby’s feet trim and paw pad grooming on my long-haired Shih Tzu. Aurora is the only groomer in Westlake Village I would trust with her hair.

“We just adopted our first rescue dog from ARV Simi Valley and it couldn't have gone better! We have a wonderful, adult dog who was rescued from a box next to a dumpster. Luckily, ARV found the most wonderful foster mother for this little one. Her love and care was so evident. This organization is well organized, purposeful, caring, and compassionate. Staci was so efficient in everything involved with the adoption, including the follow-up days after. You never realize there are so many details involved in the adoption process, but they were handled well and we had a great experience. “The store manager Jeff is an amazing friendly guy. Has a lot of knowledge about all kinds of pets. Can recommend food for pups, older dogs and cats. They carry all kinds of toys and treats. They have a great store kitty fun and very healthy for an older cat Mr Wilson. They will carry your food to the car if needed. They also have a teeth cleaning person to keep there teeth healthy. All 4 of the Healthy Pet stores are great stores. Helpful friendly good group of people.”
“Absolutely loved this place and how they helped me so much when it came to questions about puppies and their habits and they don't even make you feel bad when you have to get a muzzle, as if you fail them but let me say, they also have dog training classes here and it's so convenient because you have your pet supply also here. The important part is, they also don't badmouth other pet supply stores because you feel like there is a community with all of them. They have a shared goal and that is, the love of animals with the employees”
“I have been using Agoura feed for years and am super happy with their service. I love that they are a small business that used to be run by no one better than Mom. Tony, the current owner and son, is professional, kind and caring. The two guys that work for him regularly delivering hay also reflect the same qualities. Recently, I needed some extra help because of the rain and Tony went above and beyond to make my life easier and help me with my animals needs so they could be more comfortable. They also sell many other farm and pet items, clothing, etc. prices were great and customer service is excellent.”
