“I was heading to LA for a work conference and had an unexpected mechanical failure. I was 100 miles from home and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest shop. It was the end of the day, and I asked the tow truck driver to take me to an auto parts store. He suggested O’Reilly’s where there’s an Auto Center near by with multiple shops. I was hoping one of the mechanics would assist even though it was 5pm. The first two people I approached both brushed me off. They couldn’t be bothered at 5pm. My third ask was to Emilio at Auto Precision Repair. He was closing up the shop for the evening. I explained what happened and he said that he worked on European Cars. He was trying to leave to see his dad whom he hadn’t seen in a year. He then said, “go get your truck and I’ll take a look”. He dropped everything to help me. What I thought was a simple belt turned into a little bit larger issue requiring a new belt and pulley. Fortunately, the auto-parts store had both parts in stock. Without Emilios kindness, I would have been stranded. After repairing my vehicle, I asked him how much for the work. He said pay whatever I felt was fair. I gave him the cash I had on hand (not nearly enough in my opinion) and offered to get more if there was a nearby Bank or put it on my credit card. He insisted “No” and sent me on my way. I’ll never forget Emelio’s kindness, If I lived in the area I would highly recommend his shop to everyone I know. There are still good people in this world!”
“Came in for an oil leak and coolant leak. They gave me a free inspection and let me know what issues were found. Let me know my oil pan bolts were loose and didn’t charge for me that. Honest mechanics and honest people. Never once tried to charge for something that wasn’t needed. Will be returning in the future.”

“We have taken our cars and motorhome to Bills Quality Auto Care for a few years, They have always been so fair and helpful when explaining what our vehicles need. The most recent is when we took in our Jeep and they recommended a BG Fuel System Service. We were so amazed that we gained almost 2 1/2 - 3 miles per gallon. In this day and age and the out of control gas prices, that is truly something to be thankful for.
