“I have been going to JBS for many years now. They always come through. Just last week, they were really busy and I could not get in formally. They said if I could leave the car with them they would try to squeeze it in. I did that and in 3 days, the work was completed. I did a late pick up which went perfectly well. But, upon starting the car, there was a squeaking, probabky from the newly replaced alternator/belt. Since the shop is closed in weekends, I sent them a message about it. Got a response way before opening on Monday. They apologized. Told me bring it in and they would get on it immediately. I arrived at 8(opening) and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Most of that was putting it back on the lift!😁
I appreciate their integrity. Things happen and they took care of it as soon as they could. I will continue to give them my business...even if they are too busy!😁😁😁”

“I have lived in Simi Valley for 42 years. I’ve had five mechanics for me. A&D Automotive is my sixth. I’ve taken three cars to them and they’ve done a wonderful job on all three. Dave is an incredible honest man and I’m sure if he is an honest man. His staff is right behind him. No issues I’d say take your car though. You’ll be satisfied with what you get from him nothing but the best I’d give him 10 stars if they had it.”

“We have used the Leon's Transmission in Oxnard, prior to their closing. One of our cars started acting weird and not shifting and then completely stopped in Malibu. I called Leon's and found out the closest shop was in Simi Valley, so we had our car towed to them from Malibu. I ended up getting there almost 3 hours prior to AAA finally getting my car towed there and their Office Manager, Roxy was completely my life saver. She kept me calm and had their head Mechanic, Rick talk with me about some of the scenario's that could be wrong, potentially with the transmission to just chatting with me to calm me down since I was so upset. They went above what I would consider standard when it came to taking care of us.
After Rick did the Diagnostic, which ended up being free he found that it was actually the catalytic converter and took the car to the mechanic down the street to have it fixed. This was invaluable to me since I live on the Coast line of Ventura County and they totally just took care of it for me.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who has Transmission issues, they are outstanding and know what they are doing. God bless them!!!!!”

“1-day turnaround, great communication, and fair pricing!

David diagnosed and fixed weak air conditioning by installing a new A/C manifold hose on my 2000 Ford F-350. He called me with a clear and reasonable estimate before doing the work and used genuine OEM parts.

When I picked my truck up, he also showed me the old parts that were remove and explained why he removed them. As far as I'm concerned - you can't ask for better and I'll be coming back for future issues and service.”

“I have an older truck with low mileage that I’m keeping in good shape. I was looking for a quality shop that would do good work and found C&M automotive. The reviews were very good so even though I live in Calabasas and C&M is in Simi Valley I gave it a try. I’m very glad I did. Dropping off my truck for a frozen door lock (unable to lock the truck) and what turned out to be a faulty ignition switch, I met Richard at C&M. C&M had my truck for a few days as they diagnosed the troubles and ordered the parts (the truck is 35 years old) and had my truck sorted in fairly short order.
They also replaced the battery which died while it was in the shop. When I picked it up there was some confusion on my part about the bill, a two hundred dollar charge which I didn’t understand because it wasn’t on my latest estimate from them. It had me feeling that I was being overcharged. Richard explained it all to me but I still wasn’t quite understanding. Seeing that I was still not satisfied Richard just removed the charge.
I was amazed, customer service! They actually cared if I was satisfied. That is not the end of the story. They showed me they want the work done right. A couple of months after I picked my truck up I discovered the door panel wasn’t seated securely. When I called C&M they were very concerned that the panel wasn’t secure. They had me bring it to them at my convenience and got it squared away in very short order. Needless to say they’re my shop now. Everybody has problems and things don’t always happen the way it should but, in my book, it’s all how you respond and C&M stepped up for me in a big way. I can’t recommend them highly enough. In this day and age they are a welcome reminder that you can do the right thing and service is king.

Loyal C&M customer
Randal Thomas”
