“Exceptional service at this establishment!! I gifted my parents a pair of Rolex's for their 38th anniversary. I don't live in Thousand Oaks--my parents do--so we stopped by today to have their bracelets fitted. The ladies here--Jeanette, Terri, Diane, and Binnie--were sooooooo nice!! Definitely the most pleasant jewelry folks I've ever met. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. If you've been in the watch game for a long time, you know how hit-and-miss some Rolex AD's can be. These folks are the gold standard. Would *highly* recommend. Thank you so much!!”

“Best watch I have ever owned hands down!! Have wore it everyday for the last 5+ years and it has seen it all! About 3 months ago I noticed a small crack in the glass which wasn’t a surprise considering the abuse this watch has taken. I sent it to be repaired and the owner jimmy called me personally to inform me of the job scope and that it would be shipped back the next day. He was such a pleasure to talk to! All around, I couldn’t ask for a better watch or a better customer service experience! One happy customer here!!!”

“There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”
