“Made an appointment for 8am to get 4 new tires and an oil change on my audi wagon. Got to the patterson location at 7:45am and to my surprise they were already opening up! At 8 I Went in and I was immediately greeted and checked in. Since it was raining I decided to stay and wait. By 9:00am they were done. They went above my expectations considering I had basically swapped wheels to a larger size, they took the time to put my old set of wheels in bags since they were soaked, before loading them into my car. “We had a tire and rim shear off on Hwy 5, Navarro's Tire and Wheel came out to help us. They took the time to return to their shop for parts and went to 3 other retailers looking for the parts we needed. When the parts weren't readily available, they removed the three remaining tires and wheels and borrowed to studs and lug nuts from each wheel to use on our spare. We had called them 5 minutes before closing, they spent the next 4 hours helping us and only charged us $250 . Navarro's Tires and Wheel are honest, reliable, fair and truly care.
