“O'Reilly Auto Parts is objectively better than most, besides mom & pop auto parts stores, if you have the ability always support local small businesses. I always, for the longest time, felt Suto Zone had some superiority, for reasons yet obscure to me, probably has something to do with their marketing. But, since I've been going with more regularity as of late, I've compared selection, pricing, and customer service between O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and another Auto parts store who's name I can't recall and O'Reilly seems to reign supreme!
Remember, Mom & Pop/local small business Auto parts stores should be your go to, because supporting your community should take precedence over corporate stores. Billionaires are never ethical and don't need nor deserve your money, if you can avoid it. If you don't have that option, go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”

A little confusing to find the entrance (it's the driveway on the left.) but you'll forget about that when you get your dead battery removed and a low cost brand new battery installed in minutes! Very fast and friendly service; I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new battery on the double!”
“I went into Powertron Battery Co a few days ago needing a new battery for my Nissan Versa and had a great experience. No appointment needed at all. I was asked what I needed, and they got right to work immediately. I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes! Great service, great prices, and super efficient. “Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

“Been going here for my car batteries for years now. Best prices on used but good batteries and the guys are pretty cool once you get their attention. I love seeing the look on autozone employees faces when they are trying to sell someone a car battery for well over a hundred bucks and I interrupt to let the customer know about interstate and their prices. Alot of us just dont have that kind of money for a new batterythese days. 🙃”

“Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“This store is amazing because of Kaileen. She was knowledgeable, personable and really helpful! I came in for a turn signal bulb. I had no clue how to get the bulb out of the socket so I thought that I would ask Kaileen, and I assumed she would suggest some videos on YouTube. However, much to my surprise, she said that she was happy to assist. We went out to my car and she told me it wasn't my turn signal that needed to be replaced it was my brake light bulb. So back in the store, got the right part, and she installed it. I'm so thankful and impressed. O'Reilly's you just got a customer for life!”

“I bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.”

“Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”

The service that I get from the people by my house is like 2 stars, but Mr. Gasca was very attentive and with a very positive attitude something I don't get at the store by my house. From now on I will only come to this location although is 3 times farther from my house.”
“The woman who works at the Hawaiian Gardens location is amazing and makes me feel comfortable shopping there. She is helpful, gives good advice and will install your new battery after you purchase there. Their website can help you figure out which battery you need. Great experience after not being able to get a battery from AAA. I just had to jump start my truck to get it there. I will continue to shop here. They always get it right for me and I have not had to take back anything bc was wrong part, can't say that about their competitors. Best to check their website, add your car vin number and find your exact part first before you go. The battle is won in research....”

“Just wanna say that O’Reilly‘s on Ballwin Beach is well managed. I just wanna say thank you to Brendan. He was wonderful. I got there at 7:20. They opened the door right at 7:30 came out open the door and said hello. I walked Danny. He says how can I help you? I said my car needs Freon then he was able to look me up in the computer got the Freon was kind enough to put it in still waiting on customers. He did wait on a custom couple customers while I waited, that was no problem. Great service great smile on my air conditioning. I can now drive in peace and cool. I would recommend O’Reillys to any female that single that needs help with their vehicle. Nice courteous, polite, clean store just an overall wonderful experience and his name was BRENDON Brendan.”

“A big shout out to Oscar for going the extra mile on helping me find the parts for this 1969 chevrolet C10 pickup. This truck had been in mexico for a while so the history is coming by surprise. It has parts from a 71 C10 , 95 C1500 and let's see what else pops out. Finding the parts hasn't been a walk in the park but instead a walk in the desert. Oscar has put his knowledge to work and I am grateful for finding what I've needed. This truck is a neighbors repair job so I'm just the parts guy . I enjoy a store thats clean and with team players. They have also helped out with this Frankenstein truck . Great service and a great team , thank you.”
