I sent the goods at Dat Viet Cargo, after 8 days I called more than 10 times but no one answered the phone. I called on different days to ask about my shipping box information but still could not get in touch. Doing something irresponsible.

I sent the package on Nov, 2023 to Saigon; NOT RECEIVING until now 01/06/2024. Can not call for them, can not leave message either.Received package on 01/09/24
