“Very happy with the service. We are a media company and one of our staff moved to Vietnam. We needed to send him some computer gear and it needs to go through an importer apparently. We looked around and tried contacting a few companies - most of them were unresponsive and/or totally unprofessional. MinWee Cargo on the contrary was very communicative, followed up on inquiries and gave us the information we needed. The packages arrived to our staff safely. The pricing was fair (granted, we are not well versed on general shipping rates to Vietnam). We were always able to reach Mr. Min over the phone. The only drawback is that there is no mechanism for tracking the shipment from here to Vietnam. But overall it got there pretty fast, within 7 or so business days. Totally recommended, esp if you are a business.”

Their price is very reasonable, USD 2.50 per pound, door-to-door service. It takes about 10 -15 days for the package to be delivered.The office is small but very efficient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They will pack the stuffs in the box for you. Highly recommended.”

“This place is really good, don't know what the other reviewers are taking about. I've been constantly shipping stuff to Hanoi, Vietnam for my parents and there were never any problems. I came on Sunday once and they were closed. I called the number on their door and 15min later a woman come and took my shipment. I was very pleased since I came all the way from LA. The packages always are delivered directly to our house and my parents could pay from Vietnam or I could pay from US. We rarely see any problems with our shipment arriving broken. The count for shipment is already above 30+. We also have a special number, so that my parents can send packages directly to this company in US, and they will send it to Vietnam. I do not have to do anything. This is super helpful when my parents are shopping online (the reason for high shipment count, because US quality is much better than VN quality) without needing to ship it to my home address first. What I also like about this company is that they cover the tax part in their cost, so I never have to worry about what are taxed more and what less.”

“I always have a pleasant experience going to this post office. I’m a black man and probably the only black man that goes here which should tell you that all of the other negative reviews are from entitled individuals. I have been treated with so much kindness at this post office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It gets busy and they have to fulfill the requests from everyone in a timely manner. You have customers who want to take their time at the counters, be on their phones talking to family members to make sure the address is correct, or don’t even have their ish together. The customers I see coming through are very rude, it’s not the employees. I say if you don’t like this place maybe find somewhere else and have an attitude evaluation. These are hardworking people that don’t have the time to be bothered with arrogant entitled people. I give this place 5 stars.”

“The workers here are actually very friendly. This place is the main post office in the Little Saigon area of Westminster so a ton of Vietnamese people come here for passports and immigration stuff.. I'd imagine when you're dealing with that, you learn to be very direct with your communication. Maybe there is a culture difference where these Vietnamese think the USPS workers are supposed to hold their hands.. idk. Most of the employees are Vietnamese here so you can't play the race card. This place does exactly what a post office is supposed to AND ITS OPEN TILL 530!”
